The officer manipulated him by not stating his Miranda Rights because Karmelo Anthony after he stabbed Austin Metcalf which was self-defense did explain himself to the officer which he shouldn't have leading to the officer not only saying his Miranda Rights but then also documenting Karmelo's statement is a constitutional injustice.
Karmelo Anthony was arrested for the death of Austin Metcalf but Austin Metcalf totally brought it on himself. He was no security guard, he instigated & aggravated the situation and pulled the numbers game up on Karmelo Anthony while being 4 inches taller and 75 lbs larger.
If you understand anything about Southern or Midwestern culture, you have to realize this. Everybody carries.
His bail has reportedly lowered by 75% & rumors that the video may be released in May which is suspicious considering that it's statistical & visual evidence of an anti black level system in the United States of America especially in the state of Texas whether the judge is black or not.
The Metcalf's committed assault and I'll say this, for one to be to say touch me & see what happens and able to stab you in the heart as a defensive reflex means you pressured this individual because a knife is not a Sig Sauer where you can shoot from distance, this was close quarters combat for Karmelo.
And considering the "supposed" god fearing suburban family, he had. Where's his sympathy for Karmelo when he needed shelter? It was nowhere. Considering we're in a Southern State and not in the city, you don't know what Austin said or threatened & why did he grab Karmelo up?
Jeff Metcalf, his father is a certified criminal in Texas & why did Austin not consult with an adult if he had a problem rather than seeking assault? He had low impulse control & his reward was a permanent residence at your local cemetery. It's a lot of white fatigue from the consistent attacks towards black people in commentary, comedy and supposedly slur slip ups that coincidentally they have for no one else. Caysen Allison in the same state as Karmelo Anthony stabbed Joe Ramirez 5 times fatally & was acquitted and no uproar from the White community for killing a Hispanic young man & it's fine because whites are comfortable being the victimizers and leverage to be the victim as well. The murderer and the defender complex & Hispanics are infamously pro white & anti black so as long as Karmelo didn't kill Joe, they don't care. This is all a psychological operation of race led by the robber barons and the white working class & lower class are the vanguards & biggest enemies to peace and every other minority including a quarter to half of the Black community endorses the pseudoscience Turner Diaries, Mein Kampf & Moynihan Report rhetoric taught through cable TV, MMA, the Manosphere, NASCAR, Country Music, Podcasting and many more. Guys who go on these campuses like a Kirk or a Shapiro but especially Kirk since he doesn't have Netanyahu in his pocket shouldn't go picking fights on this topic if you think your opposition is so violent.
