Remedies to build immunity, resilience & perfect health

Welcome back, scholars. I've been on a roll recently with these posts and I've been training, studying and implementing. I was reading the Apocrypha yesterday which are the Lost Books of the Bible & I figured I want to speak more on the health of the people especially with Donald Trump cutting plenty of funding in healthcare and the rumor of a second quarantine and pandemic, it's time to get prepared because this one will be a lot more dangerous. Now, let's start with the Biblical passages:

- Genesis 1:29: "Then God said, 'Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the surface of all the earth, and every tree which has fruit yielding seed; it shall be food for you.'"

- Proverbs 3:7-8: "Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and shun evil. This will bring health to your body and nourishment to your bones."

- 1 Corinthians 10:31: "So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God."

- 1 Timothy 4:4-5: "For everything created by God is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with gratitude; for it is sanctified by means of the word of God and prayer."

- 3 John 1:2: "Beloved, I pray that in all respects you may prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers."

- Sirach (Ecclesiasticus) 38:1-2: "Honor physicians for their services, for the Lord created them; for their gift of healing comes from the Most High, and they are rewarded by the king."

- Sirach (Ecclesiasticus) 38:4: "The Lord created medicines from the earth, and a sensible man will not despise them."

- Wisdom of Solomon 16:12: "For neither herb nor poultice cured them, but it was your word, O Lord, that heals all people."

- Tobit 12:9: "For almsgiving delivers from death and keeps you from going into the darkness."

Now, how did I tailor to this you may ask. Great question! So I studied the New England Journal of Medicine which I recommend to all of you, being a nurse, franchisee and franchisor of American Family Care and read more studies from the Mayo Clinic, Detroit Medical Center, Ascension St. Thomas, Cedars-Sinai, New York Presbyterian Hospital, Henry Ford Hospital, Northwestern Memorial Hospital and the Cleveland Clinic, it's all a common agreement the deficiency of Vitamin A, B12, C, D & E. So with my great research, I studied and implemented my diet to work around micronutrients rather than macronutrients because micronutrients are the core that the American Medical System doesn't want you to know so the goal behind this was to one treat the deficiency, 2, thin out the mucus, 3, detox the body & 4, hydrate. A virus can't survive in an environment that has nothing it can leech off of.

The problem with black conservatives

Look at this disgraceful ass son of a bitch right here, this was Solomon Henderson. Welcome back, scholars. As we are into black history month, it's important to discuss a cancer within our community outside of the ghetto and that's black conservatives. This young now dead idiot was the School Shooter in Antioch, Tennessee who was on his way to black conservatism and shares those ideals & in his manifesto he mentioned the despicable, Candace Owens. We're in an era of an American Apartheid and an attack on civil rights of black people in the United States of America, I recommend you all go on YouTube and listen to The Defiant Lawyer, Augustus Corbett. Just like me, he's been a line-tower. White Conservatives are the biggest threat to Black America and Black Conservatives are their biggest vanguard. Shoutout Anthony Geathers, we spoke on it being a psychological operation done against Black America, this is why they hide your history and a lot are too lazy...

Let's talk Zion Williamson from the New Orleans Pelicans: Zion Williamson’s take-home balance after taxes can be quite complex due to various tax obligations, including federal, state, and local taxes, as well as the “jock tax” that applies to athletes. For the 2024-2025 season, Zion Williamson’s base salary is approximately $36,725,670. Here’s a rough breakdown of his tax obligations: - Federal Taxes: The highest federal tax rate is 37%. Additionally, there are Medicare and Social Security taxes. - Louisiana State Taxes: Louisiana has a state income tax rate that ranges from 2% to 6%, with the highest rate applying to incomes over $50,000. - Jock Taxes: These are taxes paid to states where games are played.
