Take notes, here's some investment strategies:

- Endowment Fund Strategy: Diversified, long-term investment approach focusing on alternative assets like private equity, real estate, and hedge funds.
- Growth Investing: Focuses on companies expected to grow at an above-average rate compared to other companies.
- Value Investing: Involves picking stocks that appear to be trading for less than their intrinsic or book value.
- Income Investing: Focuses on generating regular income from investments, typically through dividends or interest payments.
- Index Investing: Involves investing in index funds that track a specific index, such as the S&P 500.
- Momentum Investing: Involves buying securities that have had high returns over the past three to twelve months and selling those that have had poor returns over the same period.
- Contrarian Investing: Involves buying and selling in contrast to the prevailing sentiment of the time.
- Dividend Growth Investing: Focuses on companies that have a history of paying and increasing dividends.
