Welcome back, scholars. As a multifaceted polymath human being the way I keep going is my cerebral health, my physical health and my nutrition as that's what today's video is about concerning Black Americans in particular because our genetic makeup is different and functions a lot better due to us mainly eating from the Earth by genetics but a lot of us don't hence the increased rate of fatal heart issues. You have a lot of green black people that want to live carnivore diet, I'm not shaming I've tried it I think we should all try but it's all subjective to blood type and what we train for. Short term carnivore diet will help temporarily in the realm of a combat sport but we're talking vitality. Gym culture has not taught how to eat healthy because anyone who actually knows biology knows micronutrients hold more weight than macronutrients. I usually eat anywhere from 5000 calories & up but I'll be cutting because it's not needed anymore but as the true father of medicine, Imhotep from Ancient Egypt aka Kemet. He was an Architect, Engineer, Poet, Politician or Priest, a true genius and polymath who I inspire my polymath journey from. I'm 6'10 240-245 7.6% body fat and train like an athlete as I am & a part time personal trainer so be cautious of your discipline, height, body type and workout regimen.

Yes, all of those are unhealthy, we live in a society where mediocrity is rewardable. I live by "Spiritus Invictus", the unconquerable spirit in Latin. You can't be an unconquerable spirit if you are walking around popping donuts, cupcakes and muffins like pills, that's why you see the Average American running from things like dogs. The home of diseases is poor cellular health and poor immune system caused by vitamin and mineral deficiency, simple as that. God made food as medicine, man made a delicacy where taste reigns supreme, that's why in such an advanced "civilization" somehow heart disease, liver disease, brain fog, skin disease is still common in the United States. My mentor, Dr. Lorraine Keefa Witherspoon was murdered for healing the people of Detroit, creator of Sankofa Life Solutions but to the point, let's cover things you need to consume.

- Cacao
In the age of brain fog and cognitive decline, it's essential to discuss the lack of neurological abilities by most Americans. This is because the FDA removed what heals you and then sells it in a supplement for higher prices. I'm not saying don't take supplements, you should but replace something like peanut butter which is junk food for something like Cacao which boosts your cognitive ability and doesn't put a whole bunch of fat on you which PB does. Bigger and more robust neurons, Cacao. Bigger and more robust face or midsection, Peanut Butter.

- Fish Oil, Olive Oil, Cod Liver Oil, Castor Oil, Krill Oil
First thing in the morning after a shower & skincare is this alongside Earl Grey Tea, these should be consumed to get your body functioning and they be provide many hormonal benefits along with aiding the integumentary, cardiovascular and neurological system.

- Zinc, Pumpkin Seeds, Bitter Kola & Licorice Root 
After you eat breakfast, these 4 should be consumed. If you struggle with acne, this works. If you struggle with fatigue, this works. It aids with the adrenal glands with impacts performance in the nervous system, your hemoglobin, inflammation, your digestive system, your heartbeat, your blood pressure, ulcers, the respiratory system, sugar levels and your metabolism. 

- Aloe Vera Juice and Chlorophyll Water with Lime Juice 
After you eat consume those 4, you drink both aloe and chlorophyll water infused with lime juice to keep immunity and metabolism high along with actual health things like Oats can never do & Chlorophyll improves your smell.

- Oral care
Seek a dental hygienist for the teeth and aesthetician for the skin no matter how good or bad the condition. Before brushing your teeth, you need something directly for the tongue such as citrus but lightly to protect the enamel but drink homemade lemon water to kill those germs of the tongue including on the roof of the mouth and below the tongue, germs in those areas are a direct way to the bloodstream which can progressively degenerate your heart, cause sepsis and kill you. After drinking that, drink some watercress juice with apple, lemon and pomegranate seeds for the germs that get to the stomach from the roof of the mouth so your stomach acid doesn't have to do all of the work which keeps your body levelled between alkaline and acidic & keeps stomach bugs from forming which is essential due to the fact that the doctors don't tell you that an abundance of diseases like stomach flu or even the flu not only obviously break down immunity but form cancerous tumors, let your body process for 10 minutes then, scrap the tongue, exfoliate the lips, brush the gums then start flossing for 3 minutes, then start using tea tree oil, coconut oil, hydrogen peroxide, baking soda and mint water for 4 minutes to disinfect the teeth and shine the teeth then non flouride whitening toothpaste for 4 minutes to fully clean the teeth, remove smells and enhance the whiteness of the teeth & use mint water with salt to gargle for 30 seconds, drink and swallow 1 cup of Dr. Tichenor's Mouthwash for the tongue and then swish 4 more cups for the teeth and spit that out, 6 sprays of breath spray, let 2 breath strips dissolve on your tongue then take some breath mints preferably Zelmin's and do this in the morning, evening and night. As far as brushing after every meal make it simple, toothpaste, oil, mouthwash and spray.

- Hydration and skin care
Only people who are not athletes, models, dancing or military personnel would disagree, I've been all 4. You want to make a homemade juice essential for this, here's how you make it. Put the ice in first then sprinkle it all over lightly with preferably sea salt, celtic salt, pink himalayan salt, cream of tartar & table salt will work. A quarter teaspoon of baking soda at worst, drop the berries & blend or for a smoothie or shake, pour the kefir in, pour in creatine, maca root or mushroom powder, add a little more ice and blend that. For skincare, like I mentioned earlier zinc & licorice root primarily but before that, bathe in Dr. Bronner's Hemp Castile Soap (preferably Rose), hypochlorous acid and benzoyl peroxide with Hibiclens infused with Rose Water or Dettol infused with Aloe Water for maximum cleanliness and skincare then lastly, Yardley Bar Soap for cosmetics. Ash Kickin Body Butter, Tom Ford Neroli Portofino Deodorant, Shea Moisture Whole Body Cream, Secret Whole Body Deodorant Spray, Body Spray, Oil Perfumery Fragrance Oils on your pressure points and blend your 2 fragrances on those pressure points after oil has been applied. After this, You want a daily luxury skincare routine consistently including Naturium Glycolic Acid Facial Cleanser, Kiehl's Facial Moisturizing Cream, Baxter of California Herbal Mint Toner mixed with Beekman 1802 toner, Avéne Thermal Spring Water, Anua Peach 70 Serum, Mario Badescu Sage & Orange Blossom Facial Spray, Alteya Rose Water, Tretinoin and Eucalyptus Towels. These are vital, this is better than drinking a bunch of water due to the simple fact that water is good but not great because it flushes your body and regulates body temperature but does remove electrolytes by way of urine without replenishing them! That's not healthy. Drink water all throughout the day but have those juices or fruits in close vicinity, that's why a lot of guys don't recover fast enough because you're not being properly replenished at all because let me tell you this, it's health then physique. Don't research "best foods to get jacked", research best foods for cardiovascular health, best foods for liver health, best foods for immunity, best foods for bone density, best foods for blood flow, best foods for eye health, best foods that fight cancer, best foods for neuroplasticity and neurogenesis, best foods for gut health, best foods for teeth, best foods for salivary glands, best foods for anti inflammatory properties, best foods for parasite removal because a lot of you guys have parasites and mucus in your stomach thinking you're eating healthy when you're not. If it's not like this or close, you're extremely unhealthy and this might save your life.

Then you can have water as the aid but a lot of people in the real world & online give semi-retarded health advice about drinking water. Yes it should be consumed consistently, frequently, daily as I've stated but now repeating such for clarification but the hack to skincare first is checking for vitamin and mineral deficiencies, then checking for parasites and inflammation. Fix those 2 then the average person in a warm climate should bathe 3 times a day, getting that bacteria off is essential. At least turbo cleaning from head to toe 5-6 times over in the shower, then incorporating a diet of alcohol only in times of achievement, no junk food for 2 months, no fast food at all, low dairy unless it's yogurt, feta or kefir, eat red meat (lamb, beef, salmon and wild game) 3-4x a week maximum, don't eat the other meats like that chicken is good 2x a month, take 50mg of ZMA after breakfast and after dinner along with licorice root, lions mane. Chlorophyll, sea moss, creatine tablets, maca, l L-Carnitine, Elderberry will all be good for the daily. It's your own multivitamin. Drink a 2 shots of olive oil per day. ACV 1x a week. Bleach or ammonia to clean your environment, lavender, vetiver, cardamom, rose, juniper or oud for your home fragrance. That all helps, going for morning walks is pretty good, non fluoride toothpaste, an oil diffuser, certain candles or incenses all help in your overall health and mood & if you've seen previous blogs, you understand my seriousness and intensity to work out. That's why I say if you're on this workout, CrossFit, CinderFit, HIIT, Walking, Calisthenics, Sprinting, Weight Training, Combat Training, Cycling, Swimming and MMA need to be apart of your regimen 2-3 a day daily. Doesn't take it a lot, let me put it like this. Calisthenics, weightlifting and blended with running for a hour and in the half in the morning. Swimming blended with HIIT for 2 hours and in the afternoon after work. MMA blended with Cycling for 2-3 hours at night rather than binge watching, binge snacking and being stuck in your 4 walls, go out, make friends, make a community and grow with fellowship & a purpose. After that workout, your shower will be more satisfying, your sex life will be more pleasurable, your brain will function significantly better, your opportunities in life will expand, your dinner will be healthier and taste more vibrant & your sleep will be better especially with recovery, mood therefore negativity, low vibrations and poverty minded thoughts & individuals will begin to cease to exist due to you having a vigor, passion and fire for life so your finances will also improve along with your strategy, productivity and skillset. For the viewers watching this, you'll detox, work harder, think smarter, socialize better and train more strategic which will give you a great physique and for my guys, 5'11 & shorter you guys need to cut about 50 lbs if you're above 190 lbs and gain back 30-35 lbs in all muscle maximum and gain back only 15 of muscle if you're 5'8 and below. For my guys 6'0-6'3, above 220 lbs, lose 30, gain back 15 in all muscle. For my guys 6'4-6'6, above 240, lose 20, gain 10 back in muscle. For guys like me, 6'7-7'0, the rules are better for us.
