How I'm establishing a billion dollar blueprint.

Welcome back, scholars. Shabazz Farrakhan here & today's video is about investment from a man in myself who's closing on a net worth of a quarter of a billion dollars and going for that billion faster & faster. Let's get into investment moves I've been making behind the scenes. Let's start with: Royalties, Sports Teams via. Private Equity, Gunsmithing & Body Armor, Electric Installing & HVAC Contracting, Defense Investments, Legal Advisor, Private Military Contractor, Car Detailing and Modification, Government Contracting, School Supply Contractor, Medical Investments & Precious Medals.

- Royalties

30% of Tupac’s Makaveli Catalogue: The value of Tupac’s music catalog is estimated to be around $100 million. A 30% stake would be worth $30 million and it will increase more and more as time progresses.

15% of Every Drake Album: Drake’s music catalog is valued at approximately $400 million after the UMG deal. A 15% stake would be worth $60 million.

10% of Kodak Black’s Catalogue: Kodak Black’s music catalog is valued at around $10 million. A 10% stake would be worth $1 million.

- Private Equity and Venture Capital

Neuralink: Neuralink is valued at approximately $1 billion. Assuming a significant investment, let’s estimate a 10% stake would be $100 million.

2.5% Ownership of the New England Patriots by the Kraft Group: The New England Patriots are valued at approximately $6 billion. A 2.5% stake would be worth $150 million.

Crypto Investment Fund (Onyx by JP Morgan): Initial investment of $200,000 with an additional $50,000 per month. Over a year, this would total $800,000

And I also invest 1M in Walmart, 250k in NVIDIA, 250k in AMD, 250k in IIPR, 50k in SMCI, 50k in Casper, 150k in Avalanche, 1M in Ethereum and 1M in Berkshire Hathaway & invest $5000 in Fundrise Innovation Fund weekly.

Why am I all to in the Fundrise Innovation Fund? A fund offering companies like Canva and OpenAI before they hit the market is essential. It's best to get on early as possible especially in the era of AI as I warned years back.

xAI: Elon Musk's startup and the home of Grok AI is already at $24B before it's even on the market & in the pre-IPO category in only 1 year of existence.

Now let's get into my billionaire blueprint and I've mentioned some earlier.

1. Diverse Investments
I made strategic investments across various sectors, including:

Real Estate: Owning significant properties in high-value areas like West Hollywood, Whistler, BC, Farmington Hills, MI, Detroit,  MI, Seabrook Beach, NH, Bronxville, NY, Breckenridge, CO, Santa Barbara, CA and Long Island City, NY.

Stocks and Cryptocurrencies: Holding a substantial portfolio of 750 stocks and 225 Bitcoin, along with other cryptocurrencies.

Franchises: Owning over 100 franchises, providing a steady stream of income.

Laundromats: Owning 40 laundromats in low income communities to ensure they can wash their clothes and offering card as a payment option which is profitable.

Car Washes: Appealing to urban and suburban areas along with investing near car dealerships is essential for the car wash business and keeping an average of 100 cars per day is crucial.

Owning a bundle of American Family Care Centers: As someone highly invested and holds biotechnology and the medical field in high regard for the technologies required to save lives & advance healthcare as we know it. It's a very lucrative franchising opportunity.

Private Equity: Investing in high-value assets like a 2.5% stake in the New England Patriots and other sports teams.

Creating a semiconductor, tech, gold and medical fund by my holdings company called the SCTGM fund by Broadway Ventures LLC which holds 3 stock portfolios worth a combined $410M, owns every stock in the S&P 500, owns Dow Jones shares, owns Cabinet Health, owns my sports portfolio, owns real estate, vending machine business, executive transportation and many more including 75% of healthcare startups.

2. Business Ventures
I have diversified my business interests, including:

Construction and Real Estate Development: Running a construction company focused on hospitals, philharmonics and other large projects in culture.

Transportation: Owning a taxi company with a fleet of 150 cars and an executive transportation company. From premium sprinters to luxury cars to armed drivers to racing cars to a conventional Toyota Camry to go from A to B.

Nightlife and Hospitality: Owning nightlife venues in major cities like Miami, D.C., Detroit, Seattle, San Diego, and San Francisco.

Fragrance and Steak, Seafood, Mediterranean Food & Wine Companies: Generating additional income through niche markets build the fragrance company off of scents like Oud, Pink Pepper, Vetiver, Sandalwood, Amber, Clove, Magnolia, Vanilla, Rose or Incense & wine around spending time in Napa Valley formulating one of the best Pinot Noirs in the industry and selling exclusively by arrangement & by the sample and building into a restaurant built on steak, seafood & Mediterranean Food with Napa Valley hospitality from California to New Hampshire.

Jazz Club & Restaurant development:
Developing a jazz club serving up Creole Cuisine and Soul Food and having live performances every Friday-Saturday-Sunday & having a sports bar showing every major sporting event and all meals are 10% off to improve traffic. I'm going for 10 locations of my restaurant, the Toussaint Club in the following 7 cities: Detroit, New York City, Newark, New Orleans, Las Vegas, Kansas City and Los Angeles.

Raider Defense Company Supply Chain:
Investing in California, North Dakota, South Dakota, New Hampshire, Oregon & Minnesota & establishing Seabrook Beach, New Hampshire as the headquarters to prevent state taxes. Creating more weapons, technology, food, ammo, equipment and armor under government contracts to technologically produce and produce more quality products.

3. Leveraging Skills and Education
My extensive education and skills played a crucial role:

Military and Law Enforcement Training: His background as a Marine and training in various martial arts provided discipline and strategic thinking.

Academic Achievements: Attending prestigious universities like Vanderbilt, Princeton, Ohio State, and Michigan, and studying fields like law, nursing, neuroscience, mathematics, finance, and more.

Professional Certifications: Holding certifications in areas like cybersecurity, writing in MLA, ALA & Chicago format, typing, linguistics, public speaking, Series investor, accredited investor, mechanics, logistics, culinary arts, supply chain, robotics, lumberjacking, carpentry, woodworking, welding, locksmithing, gunsmithing and blacksmithing.

- Path to Wealth

I've became wealthy & will be a billionaire through a combination of strategic investments, diverse business ventures, and leveraging his extensive skill set. Key factors include:

Diverse Investments: Real estate, stocks, cryptocurrencies, and private equity.

Business Ventures: Construction, transportation, nightlife, and hospitality.

Education and Skills: Leveraging his education from prestigious universities and certifications in various fields.

Networking: Building strong relationships and partnerships.

Reinvestment: Consistently reinvesting earnings into new ventures.

These opportunities also supply jobs to people & we push philanthropic acts regarding health and civil rights. Last but not least, paying taxes the right way and using my credit to establish a dividend only investment portfolio to make a guaranteed return without selling it and use it to pay for other ventures or for leisure. Thank you for viewing!

Men, get into the Semiconductor Industry!

Welcome back, scholars. Today's topic is about semiconductors and if you've been over here some time, you've seen me offer comprehension to how being invested into semiconductors is crucial & it's why China has a manufacturing economy and we're consumers. America's priorities are messed up, you see how we value a New York and a Los Angeles but we treat Detroit like trash despite Detroit producing more for the infrastructure than both cities. New York has it's banking but banking can't sustain solely without an infrastructure to garnish currency from. It's why China is defeating us because we betrayed the Midwest, America's heart, brain & spine whether it's the Big 3, Motown, Rock & Roll or Northwestern, Notre Dame, University of Michigan, The University of Chicago and Washington University of St. Louis. Let's get into the blog: WHAT IS SEMICONDUCTOR TECHNOLOGY? Semiconductors are materials (usually silicon) that ha...

5 people who should never get close to the white house or become affiliated with the President

Welcome back, scholars. This is a hit piece warning to Black Americans, this is not for Kamala Harris either because I will be dropping a hit piece condemning her as well but we must speak on those dropping hate pieces in politics, promoting confusion or like the moron jumping around in the picture above promoting bribery. I was inspired to make this after the absolute shit show in Madison Square Garden from Donald Trump being the leader of foolishness and having a liar of a vice presidental candidate to Tony Hinchcliffe who's Italian but has the nerve to look down on people as if his people didn't not only beg to accepted by the Anglo but went through lynchings in Louisiana to be accepted. You all know names like Tulsi Gabbard, Ron DeSantis, Anna Paulina Luna, Rachel Levine, JD Vance, Donald Trump, Grant Cardone, Kamala Harris, Tim Walz and Josh Shapiro should never touch office. Let's get into this, starting off with honorable mentions. - Marshall ...

Why you will still be mediocre in 2026

Ball just dropped & rent is due and you're somewhere blowing it on Hennessy Lemon Pepper Wings with D'Usse Truffle Fries. Ball dropped before your balls dropped so now it's 2026. Happy New Year! 25 years since 9/11. 10 years since LeBron came back 3-1. 10 years without Ali, Prince, David Bowie etc. America's Bisesquicentennial. 20 years of Twitter. 18 years since the victory of Barack Obama and regardless, it's been a joke for you. Most of you will enter 2026, the same way you entered 2025, a disgrace, a joke, a minstrel, a coughing baby compared to Tsar Bomba. If being a ham & egger was a dynasty, you'd have Tom Brady rings, Joe Montana win percentage and Steve Yzerman consistency & longevity. If Fs got you into Harvard, you'd be a Summa Cum Laude on autopilot. If it was a Least Valuable Player, it'd be named after you the same way Bill Russell is to the Finals MVP. Here's the central point, you suck and you been taking Ls si...
