What to do if you're 18-21 & in a rut

Welcome back, scholars. I receive many emails regarding the point of "I'm a young man, what do I do in life?" I've covered this but here's a rundown on what to do in a rut.

- Skills & Certificates
Face the facts, you need money. Money, money and money are the triad if you are in a situation that's in a deficit. Skills and certificates such as translating, sales, real estate, UX, ALA, MLA, Chicago style formats, photography, home improvement, video editing, coding, tutoring, personal trainer, project management, surgical tech, supply chain managers and cybersecurity. Unless you go into law, you need to think with salary and the benefits that go into those careers. These careers are extremely competitive, you need the expertise rather than the experience. Mastery over longevity, this isn't the entry level dead end plant industry. For example, the CompTIA A+ certification is a great stepping stone for anyone in IT or Computer Science. It covers the installation, configuration and maintenance of PC's. Networking, Troubleshooting, Cloud Computing and it is in the cybersecurity field of IT certifications which helps with IT certifications. If you stay in cybersecurity, you'll adapt from CompTIA A+ to CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Server+, CompTIA CySA+, CompTIA PenTest+ & finally at CompTIA CASP+. This not only gets you knowledge on IT for entrepreneurship but also employment in corporate, government intelligence and military logistics. Specialize in a hand full of skills, diversify once you become successful. Don't worry about being the jack of all trades, master of none. Live to master a handful and once mastered, you can then become a polymath. Neil DeGrasse Tyson is a bilingual genius who was a scientist and wrestler. Do you know him as the wrestler or the scientist? Exactly. That's why I started off mentioning skills. Gen Z has became notorious for the short attention span and lack of pure communication skills. You must be a phenomenal communicator. Talking is money. I have the privilege of being considered dashing and striking & it adds to a winning resumé but it most definitely adds especially if you are the underdog (not the most read, not tall, not conventionally or classically handsome, charming or dashing). Cooking is a decent skill, emphasis on decent. Advance in such and not only do you need it for survival, structure, to save money and health but if you can master at least 6 different cuisines, I'd recommend American Soul Food, Japanese, Caribbean, Mediterranean, Italian & Mexican and start travelling, I recommend 5 cities per region to travel or set up Google Ads in so you can market because you can pick areas to send out ads to, contact movers and shakers in the following cities so you can set up a partnering deal to franchise in these cities:

Midwest:
- Chicago
- Columbus
- Detroit
- Minneapolis
- Kansas City

East:
- New York City
- Baltimore
- Philadelphia
- Washington D.C.
- Boston

West:
- Los Angeles
- San Francisco
- Las Vegas
- Seattle
- Phoenix

South:
- Charlotte
- Nashville
- Atlanta
- New Orleans
- Huntsville

Translating is a major skill in the age of multiculturalism. I recommend learning French, Spanish, Haitian Creole, Mandarin and Arabic along with English. The brain is a lot more complex than estimated. Learn those languages. I recommend expanding our to Canada at least for pop ups when your business budget gets larger so knowing 2 languages in Canada is a must then somewhere such as California with a heavy Asian particularly Chinese population especially in the Bay Area, Mandarin is a great skill. Los Angeles has a heavy Hispanic population, Spanish is a great skill. Louisiana has a heavy Afro-Caribbean & Creole population, Haitian Creole is a great skill. Michigan has a heavy Arabic Muslim population, Arabic is a great skill.  Translation, negotiation, communication and the ability to lead with confidence are C-level executive skill. Martial Arts is another major skill despite it being underrated financially. My three foundational Martial Arts are Greco Roman Wrestling, Muay Thai and Dutch Kickboxing which are rare in the USA to be practiced. The communication to market locally and even with fitness businesses or MMA promotions, building your credit, go in on that plan and knowledge of the art, who to hire and keeping the business size reasonable.

- Health & Work Ethic
Health isn't just subjected to medical science. I'll cover medical science, mental health, sexual health and social health. Another thing about Gen Z is the lack of testosterone. An age of cowards, a lack of leaders. Everyone wants the praise and no one wants the responsibility. The responsibility of being a leader is understanding it's a team world. The Michigan Wolverines understood that and won it all. Lone wolves, sigma and any other anime, pop culture bullshit fails in reality. In a win, loss and brainstorm, the leader of the crew stands tall. With that being said, health is essential. For mental health, start to meditate, start to work at a passion more, make more money in the ways I've explained, build your physique,  build a responsible and mature relationship with the opposite sex, build a brotherhood and importantly, stay out of the house especially if you are consistently working. As a young man ages 18-21 and if you aren't in higher education yet, you need to prepare for that so therefore becoming as well-read as possible, working 2 part time jobs that keep your dopamine going because as a youth even in seriousness, you don't need to be stoic or in dead end situations, donating locally, mastering an instrument, getting letters of recommendation, branch into another language and build an athletic skill that you could possibly play for in college. Cut the junk food, get on a proper diet whether it's Mediterranean, Paleo, Carnivore, Plant Based etc. as it improves gut health which is good for neurological health, neurological health is in the same organ as mental and emotional health & that boosts the most important system of your body, the Cardiovascular system so your heart, veins and arteries. This is why working those 2 jobs and spending 5-6 hours on off days & 3 hours after a shift on work day using side hustles with your skills is beautiful. A lot of you guys still live with parents because you haven't advanced in education. Let's say you work one job getting paid $15 an hour + commission and another working $18 a hour part time. It could be a phone store job and a retail job. Let's say you spend the weekend working obviously 2 days and 6 hours & average 10 sales a day and the average payment from a customer is around $150, your commission will be around 10% and mind you, it's more common to pay a bill online rather than in-store.

10 sales and the average sale is $150. $150 x 10 = $1,500. Now a 10% commission rate and back down to 150. 150 x 2 = 300. That's $300 a commission, almost enough if not enough to cover a weekly rate at a decent extended stay hotel. Now, let's do hourly rate. $15 x 6 = $90 a day. $90 x 2 = $180. $180 + $300 = $480. Depends on your taxes, you may be bring around $425 home (estimate not calculation). Now, this $18 a hour job which is common in retail. Aim for 8 hours, 3 days. That's 24 weekly hours, still part time. $18 x 24 = $432. A lot of part timers do not get insurance and that's fine, use that side hustle money for health at home and to go to your local men's clinic. $432 after take home rate may be $385, once again estimate. $385 + $425 = $810 a week. If you get paid biweekly, $1,620 and annually, $42,120 which is decent for someone who just left high school. This is why you keep your credit up so that way you can finance a car and better yet, getting a good deal and the title off of Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist & if you are in a big city or suburban area close to the city, set out a cashapp and put a certain percentage of your checks in that cashapp by way of Sutton Bank therefore with that card and account, you spend that money on a taxi or rideshare and the spare change goes into investments whether it's crypto, ETF's or stocks. The advantage of being an extended stay suites is it's not necessarily 5 Star level or luxury but it's well above a motel 6. You have:

- A cooking area, small but simple
- House cleaning
- A refrigerator, sink and cabinets
- Free Wi-Fi
- Free Cable
- AC/heat
- 1 bed
- A personal bathroom
- A closet
- Multiple locks

And most importantly, peace. It's just you there. Invite who you want. Get you an affordable pistol and with your income, apply for SNAP and the state you're in also usually puts money towards your education. Now, while you're in there you grind and keep a routine & on the weekends, spend time out. Opportunity is outside. While in there, buy up hygiene kits and a great wardrobe. A casual, professional, family and athletic attire. You need to work, side hustle, shower, sleep, cook, eat, train, dress up, study, go out to the city, make friends, clean your home, laundry and repeat. So here's the rundown, pursue your real estate license, take the exam, cut the lowest paying job out of your previous 2, keep the other one and now still work 2 jobs part time but now at a higher rate. Now, it's time to pursue college. When you've been out, you've been communicating with the alumni, frats, went to the school's medical and law centers, speak with the chancellor and the athletes and been studying all around. Your time with the tutor should show a big improvement academically and your trainer should see a big improvement athletically. If you weren't pleased with your original test scores, retake and they'll rocket since you've been studying. If you weren't physically developed, now you are and send your film to coaches to be flown out to try out or receive a scholarship, it'll raise their eyes and also make sure to train with many athletes in that realm so your name gets out and recommendation is key because in this world, prestige is key.

- Military service
I recommend most definitely training, speak with your recruiter and communicate the training aspect. For training, you need to commission first since you're in college and every branch will cover your college. As a veteran of the United States Marines and Marine Corps Special Operations Command, it takes time to go to MARSOC so 0370 wasn't my original MOS, 0231 was my original MOS as an Intelligence Specialist. I recommend to be combat trained but to be in combat zones, with that being said you'll be deployed whether it's active duty, reserves or in the case of the Air Force and Army, the National Guard. My recommended branches are Air Force, Space Force and the Marine Corps. The AF and SF are some of the most secure branches as far as in the combat realm but the AF & USMC have exceptional combat training where Space Force does not and those branches have the best training for commissioned officers because enlisting as an E-1 is not the move. The Marines have the best route overall, you train at Quantico with OCS & TBS and as you graduate, you'll learn reconnaissance skills, obviously swimming, aviation, technology skills and logistics while you learn under Captains, Majors and Lieutenant Colonels and learn how to lead or collaborate with all levels of Sergeants as you outrank them all even Sergeant Majors from Day 1.If you don't want to take that route, take the bail on going to a military school such as West Point or Air Force Academy where they have just as much pull if not more as Ivies and schools on Ivy League levels such as Michigan and Vanderbilt. In those schools, you train to be an officer, you can train to be a D1 NCAA athlete and you serve to be a commissioned officer & after your schooling is up, you can go back into the civilian world normally or at the most serve a year or so then go home or go into your civilian career while collecting pay & scouts for professional leagues like the NFL, MLB, NHL and the UFC especially if you've already trained, Corporate America companies such as KKR, BlackRock, Apollo & Morgan Stanley. Intelligence industries such as DOJ, CIA, FBI & CIA. Being the legal counsel for companies like Apple and Microsoft. Business schools like Ross  (University of Michigan) & Wharton (University of Pennsylvania). Law Schools like Harvard, Stanford, Moritz (The Ohio State University) & Yale. Medical Schools such as Johns Hopkins, Vanderbilt, Georgetown and Princeton & always make sure to pledge a fraternity along with this.

- Master survival
A lot of Gen Z condones violence but isn't of it. I'm of it. Learn Judo, Wrestling, BJJ, Kyokushin Karate and Kickboxing off of the dome, if you can find Muay Thai, Dutch Kickboxing or Sanda. That's even better! Eat clean, get lean, then moderately bulk and take testosterone. Learn CQB tactics, knowing how to react in conflict in urban and rural societies, knowing police code, rucking, swimming, operating a boat, fishing, homesteading, linguistics, agriculture, mechatronics, physics, learning SWAT training, mobility training, strength training and resistance training. You need to learn war tactics such as the sniper trap, trench raiding, defense in depth, oblique order, bait and bleed & my favorite, reconnaissance by fire. Research those, read books like the Social Contract, the Art of War, the Stealth War, Scarlet Plague, How to Eat to live and Message to the Blackman in America.

- Presence
That workout is going to show physically and that studying is going to work mentally. Now, it's time for hygiene, this is common to my page. Tongue scraper, toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, hair tools, shampoo, conditioner, electric q-tip, lotion, tattoo balm, toner, facial cleanser, exfoliant, serum, bar soap, body wash, deodorant, powder, body spray, lotion, perfume oil mixed with cologne. Oils can be simple. Egyptian Musk, Baby Powder, Sandalwood, Pink Pepper, Vetiver and Oud. I recommend 10 colognes to purchase to start off:
- Tequila Gold Pour Home
- Hermes H24
- Creed Royal Oud
- Louis Vuitton Orange
- Jimmy Choo Urban Hero
- Yves St. Laurent La Nuit Del L'Homme
- Louis Vuitton Lovers
- Parfums De Marly Godolphin
- Mind Games Vieri
- Tom Ford Oud Minerale

After that, this is why addressing appropriate for the situation is important and being extroverted wins. Extroverts are by far more intelligent. To be socially dominant is a vastly more intelligent person than a loser.

- Women & Business
You need to get married to Mrs. Right down the line soon and sex is amazing if we're just keeping it carnal. It gets your confidence, happiness and testosterone up. All of this sigma male, semen retention, online dating, simp or city boy shit is for the losers and for low value women because that's what those interactions are for. If you guys are playing this tinder, plenty of fish bullshit, you're gambling with a losing deck, you're playing blackjack against an opponent held off at 20 but you're at 18 yelling hit me, you're losing definitely. I got the privilege of being striking with having height, long hair, green eyes and sun colored shining skin & ice white teeth with a gaunt facial structure. That's not the norm but outside of sensual and sexual appeal, intelligence, talented, resourcefulness, communication ability, charisma, leadership and security takes over. I have lots of friends of both genders, multiple races and multiple social classes meaning I'm cultured. A woman will pick a man that's a 6 out of 10 in attractiveness meaning barely above average (but not ugly unlike the 4 & below) but has lots of friends, very extroverted, very confident, clean and has an above average cerebral function before a 8 who's a loner, says he has no friends and has this nihilistic, weird, miserable creep aura. When a woman meets you through word to mouth, praise or through friends of friends otherwise, mutuals it's a bigger trust and vulnerability than being around this handsome guy that's not popular, antisocial, in his own world or just has this loser view like a creep. The problem is too many young men in the house online and on the damn phone too much while being outside, everything is a virtual world and that's the problem with modern men. Lost with VR. Be in groups, join the popular groups, be a name & flirt when you see women whether it's the waitress, a sorority woman, a friend or start-up a random conversation on the day or their outlook on life, use your IQ, be thought provoking, be comfortably taboo and end it off with a business card, ask do they need help with anything or a simple leaving statement. Stop being awkward, this is why you should have female friends from elementary onto death and the actual girlfriend & make it mature enough to never involve sex or intimacy within these two relationships. These low value males can't charm or attract because all they know is sex and can't master that, get to know the person because best believe, the guy who has always had female friends and girlfriends or wives and maturely differentiated that most definitely was a rolling stone and lost their virginity earlier. Don't get it twisted, look at Denzel Washington, he'll befriend and borderline flirt with a lady but they and Pauletta both know Pauletta is his everything, that takes maturity just like with drinking if you're poor, your go to drink is probably a cognac like Hennessy and you drink it at home & get drunk because you're a poor. I go to the clubs or a speakeasy, I drink Belvedere Vodka and smoke a Tatiana Vanilla Cigar lightly without getting drunk or high & start up a conversation with the bartender, host, look at my phone, add money to my account then go dance with my lady all night and you know what's happening my chauffeur takes us home. This is what being a grown ass man is then you still go out provide for your family, your community and be on business. See, that's why you need to social skills so you can enjoy clubbing because that's normal and healthy successful adult life & I'm talking luxury VIP nightclubs and lounges where it may be a masquerade party, techno party or an ecstasy show not these wack, stinky, lack of social skill having hip hop clubs that are unsafe. Invite winners such as athletes, vets, professionals, hosts, investors, frats, sorors, politicians to the party. because it's all an entrepreneural journey because it's simple to start a business and a LLC isn't needed immediately. Here's how.

- You need an AOI (articles of incorporation)
- Take the AOI, go to a bank and open a bank account
- Connect payment processor to that bank account
- Provide value
- Pay geographic specific online ads
- Consult a CPA, CIPM & Lawyer
- Poach employees for higher value whether it's spotlight, incentives, higher pay or equity
- Promote at a city hall
- Promote on your local news
- Pay contributors to advertise on websites like Forbes
- Promote to a chamber of commerce
- Promote to a fraternal or sorority chapter
- Meet with local politicians
- Reach out to your local radio
- Offer benefits to Angel Investors and Venture Capitalists

Then open that line of credit and pick between a LLC, S Corp, C Corp or staying a sole proprietor. Thank you for watching!

Men, get into the Semiconductor Industry!

Welcome back, scholars. Today's topic is about semiconductors and if you've been over here some time, you've seen me offer comprehension to how being invested into semiconductors is crucial & it's why China has a manufacturing economy and we're consumers. America's priorities are messed up, you see how we value a New York and a Los Angeles but we treat Detroit like trash despite Detroit producing more for the infrastructure than both cities. New York has it's banking but banking can't sustain solely without an infrastructure to garnish currency from. It's why China is defeating us because we betrayed the Midwest, America's heart, brain & spine whether it's the Big 3, Motown, Rock & Roll or Northwestern, Notre Dame, University of Michigan, The University of Chicago and Washington University of St. Louis. Let's get into the blog: WHAT IS SEMICONDUCTOR TECHNOLOGY? Semiconductors are materials (usually silicon) that ha...

5 people who should never get close to the white house or become affiliated with the President

Welcome back, scholars. This is a hit piece warning to Black Americans, this is not for Kamala Harris either because I will be dropping a hit piece condemning her as well but we must speak on those dropping hate pieces in politics, promoting confusion or like the moron jumping around in the picture above promoting bribery. I was inspired to make this after the absolute shit show in Madison Square Garden from Donald Trump being the leader of foolishness and having a liar of a vice presidental candidate to Tony Hinchcliffe who's Italian but has the nerve to look down on people as if his people didn't not only beg to accepted by the Anglo but went through lynchings in Louisiana to be accepted. You all know names like Tulsi Gabbard, Ron DeSantis, Anna Paulina Luna, Rachel Levine, JD Vance, Donald Trump, Grant Cardone, Kamala Harris, Tim Walz and Josh Shapiro should never touch office. Let's get into this, starting off with honorable mentions. - Marshall ...

Why you will still be mediocre in 2026

Ball just dropped & rent is due and you're somewhere blowing it on Hennessy Lemon Pepper Wings with D'Usse Truffle Fries. Ball dropped before your balls dropped so now it's 2026. Happy New Year! 25 years since 9/11. 10 years since LeBron came back 3-1. 10 years without Ali, Prince, David Bowie etc. America's Bisesquicentennial. 20 years of Twitter. 18 years since the victory of Barack Obama and regardless, it's been a joke for you. Most of you will enter 2026, the same way you entered 2025, a disgrace, a joke, a minstrel, a coughing baby compared to Tsar Bomba. If being a ham & egger was a dynasty, you'd have Tom Brady rings, Joe Montana win percentage and Steve Yzerman consistency & longevity. If Fs got you into Harvard, you'd be a Summa Cum Laude on autopilot. If it was a Least Valuable Player, it'd be named after you the same way Bill Russell is to the Finals MVP. Here's the central point, you suck and you been taking Ls si...
