The Foundation to Peak Masculine Performance



Welcome back, athletes. As you guys know as an athlete & warfighter, health is important to me. This regimen is called the Raider Experiment. I recommend consulting a physician but here we go on my rundown of how to obtain peak masculine performance physically:

- Cut the Junk Food
If you see yourself eating chips, sweets etc. frequently, please stop. Since you're new, assign yourself a cheat meal once a week and when you get to my level. Once every 2 weeks.

- Cut stress
This is why I preach financial independence, you need it to function. Keep yourselves in decent zip codes and understand the game of money then map everything out properly.

- Get your vitals tested 
Check your weight, height, blood type, heart rate, T levels, body fat percentage & your immune system. Get those down packed and if anything, you lack in those nutrients you need to eat foods that add to that.

- Rebuild your base
Cut excess weight and any fat/muscle you add, you're reinventing your body so get very slender. I mentioned T Levels, get some testosterone applied to you. Cycle testosterone and then get Zinc, Iron, Calcium, Magnesium, Vitamin C, Maca Root, Tongkat Ali, Sea Moss, Vitamin K & Vitamin B12 into your system and then you need to eat a lot, 4-5 times a day 5x a week, 1-2 meals the other days to process. You need plenty of meats like Steak, Turkey, Fish, Lamb and Chicken. Lead off with Lamb, Steak & Fish and something with nutritional value like an omelette. You need your starches such as your potatoes, corn, rice etc. but go lightly because the meat and starch is a supplement to the facet of the diet which is greens like Collard Greens, Spinach, Asparagus, Brussel Sprouts and for dessert, fruits such as Watermelon, Kiwi, Banana, Grapes, Pineapple, Granny Smith Apples, Coconut and Pomegranates.

- Starting workout 
As a beginner, go with 2 full workouts daily. You need to spend 3 months everyday consisting of calisthenics, rucking, cycling and swimming then 3 months after that, plyometrics, cycling, rucking, swimming & mixing 3 martial arts I'd recommend Judo, BJJ & Muay Thai. 

- Developing a routine
After those combined 6 months, it's time to add the Sauna then start getting into lifting weights daily. You've progressed. You cut weight for have a frame where you just start putting on muscle without a lot of difficulty. Your diet leaned you out even though, you hopefully put on 15 pounds of muscle by now. Calisthenics helped you increase strength and a little mass from within, you need layers of muscle to combat injuries, keep the body durable and be a testosterone factory. Cycling strengthens the best muscles on the body, the legs and thighs. Rucking builds up your lats and back along with your calves & Swimming develops mental decision making, survival tactics, cardio and emotional control. Plyometrics trains the vertical and leg strength.

- Morning Juicing Daily
Every morning, you should be detoxing your body then replenishing your cells. I party, I get loose but that recovery day on Sunday to prepare for the next week is important. You need to take a detox tea that Saturday night, sauna, ice bath and steam shower that Sunday morning then start juicing and eating plant based to kick off a morning for energy. Here's my juicing schedule.

Mon - Celery Juice w/chlorophyll 
Tue - Sea Moss Smoothie w/cream of tartar 
Wed - Watermelon Juice
Thur - Cucumber Juice w/chlorophyll 
Fri - Beet Juice 
Sat - Pineapple Juice 
Sun - Pomegranate Juice w/elderberry 

I also do Tart Cherry, Kale, Aloe Vera, Ginger, Tomato & Key Lime as well.

- Plyometrics
You need to do plyometric exercises to work on your explosiveness, running ability and overall agility as a man. Box Jumps are some of the best plyometrics you can do.

- Adding the essential layer
The essential layer to exercise is weightlifting & 3 days become the norm. You start off better and you're less susceptible to injuries along with your gains will be more anabolic because you built a damn good physique without the weights. You should be lifting daily, it increases strength, power, reduces anxiety and cardiovascular health which kills a lot of men because you have a great blood flow. The best thing you can do is hit more iron for longer periods and it's not just about the reps, it's about mastering the technique so you put pressure on all of those muscles causing microtears which grows the muscle.

- Eating & Supplements 
As I stated earlier, the more whole foods the better but 3x a week you need a meal replacement bar & 2x a week, you need to eat more seldomly so things like soups, salads, sandwiches, charcuterie snacks, nuts, beans, jerky, teas, smoothies & water. Only lean meat like lamb, chicken and turkey & it must be the real sidekick. No red meat, only 1 starch. Eat a meal replacement bar after those workouts & eat a medium portion rather than putting down an extra large portion and a protein shake which I recommend but here's how I'd lay out that day. Mind you, eat after working out, sauna, shower and ice bath unless it's MMA or combat training.

Workout: Cycling (5am)
Juice first
Breakfast - Fruit Salad, Almonds and 2 Turkey Club Sandwiches.

Take a multivitamin & fast for 8 hours off of Matcha Tea exclusively.

Workout: Bench Press (1pm)
Lunch - Wild Rice Soup, Steamed Broccoli & a Lamb Shawarma.

Consume a meal replacement bar (5:45pm)

Workout: MMA class (6pm)
Dinner - Collard Greens w/Tomatoes & Black Eyed Peas

You're good for the night. It's around 9:30pm now, finish up any financial moves, you already did an early morning side hustle along with your main source of income, spend a hour and a half on a late night side hustle, clean up your home, take some vitamins, prayer over your home, read, shower, listen to an audiobook, turn on an oil diffuser and go to sleep by 11. Your body will adjust to fatigue and you'll respond to 6 hours of sleep like it's 9 because your body is no longer weighed down with processed food, mixes of starches and meat, alcohol, sugar, drugs and stress & for the body at night, take chlorophyll, licorice root, cream of tartar and elderberry. All those psychological problems will die. All that excess body fat will die. All those skin problems will die. All those overly foul body odors will die. That weak immune system will die. All those liver issues will die & you'll get to live.

- Expanding your repertoire 
So, now train freely. You never stop developing at a workout but after you master it, you sharpen it, become a practitioner and instruct for monetary gain but now you do CrossFit, HIIT and LISS with martial arts, you do Dutch Kickboxing, Greco Roman Wrestling and Combat Sambo, this expands your repertoire. Learn logistics and master weapon operation. Start training for things like Ninja Warrior, Reconnaissance Training in the United States Marine Corps and 75th Ranger Regiment Training. You need to spend 2 months exclusively mastering these styles along with knife fighting.

- Cognitive Growth
Start reading, I'm not saying books like Rich Dad Poor Dad which is great but it's financial philosophy. Read books that directly educate you from a centrist standpoint on microeconomics, macroeconomics, IT, race relations, military tactics and strategies, guerilla warfare, communism, socialism, capitalism, immigrantion, migration, gerrymandering, proxy wars, nuclear science, mechatronics, mechanics, psychology, African History, European History, Asian History, South American History, genetic science, theology, neurology, nephrology, hematology, oncology, virology, opthalmology, compass rose, cardiology, the political compass, international relations, the intelligence quotient (IQ), physics, calculus, trigonometry, statistics, engineering, linguistics, pop culture, cellular science, thermodynamics and logistics. This helps you in real life situations, being intellectually challenged by people who oppose you, in cases of an emergency or use that to tutor or gain a leadership role in entrepreneurship or white collar employment. 

How to quickly improve cognitive growth:
- Read more
- Learn at least 3 languages 
- Remove yourself from situations that hault your intellectual development 
- Listen to audiobooks while doing a hobby
- Study all political standpoints
- Study all religious standpoints
- Have a racially & financially diverse friend group (diversity makes you intelligent, it is our strength)
- Eat less processed food
- Decipher everything you are reading 
- Travel
- Become an extrovert and speak to everyone 
- Volunteer with the rich, serve the poor
- Master civics
- Study the laws and the entire constitution 
- Interview movers and shakers of society 
- Become an intern and an apprentice 
- Pursue education after your Bachelor's 

- CQB tactics 
One of the foundations of fighting is CQB tactics, one thing you need to understand is the most vicious part of war isn't the distant attack, it's the invasion of your territory to conquer & establish dominance. Understanding Close Quarter Battle tactics is the best thing to do for your life and skillset.

- Police, DARPA & CIA Training 
Police Training prepares you tactically, socially and mentally for civilian encounters.
CIA training prepares you intellectually, physically and mentally for missions against mercenaries or threats that need to be down. CIA Psychological Warfare's blueprint when approaching an enemy group to take the group from under them literally, take down the mercenaries, reinforcements then focus on the head. 
DARPA training prepares you for the latest technological tactics and we are rumored on the cusp of a cyberattack.

- EDC
Everyday Day Carry. My EDC is my wedding ring, military ring and fraternal ring along with a trench knife, a bulletproof girdle, a Magnum Research Desert Eagle, Canik TTI Combat, Nighthawk War Hawk Officer or Nighthawk Chairman in the holsters, my wallet, mints, a travel spray, forms of ID, cash, my phone, my watch, a flip phone, an IFAK, a tracker, a pepperspray, a can of Boost Oxygen and brass knuckles. I do own bulletproof facial gear, bulletproof helmets, bulletproof jackets, plate carriers, bulletproof suits and light, medium, large and heavy duty body armor. In the car, I carry a Mossberg 930, FN SCAR 17, Barrett MK22 and a Daniel Defense MK18.

- Concierge Services
Last but certainly not least. You need concierge services. You need executive protection, a doctor, a coach, a corporate, constitutional and criminal law team, a consultant, an advocate and a chef on payroll especially if you're single. You need a trustworthy network who's authentic but keep you going in life. Idleness is how Satan infiltrates lives and murders progress.
