The Economic Importance of the 1st of the Month

Greetings, scholars. As a multi-millionaire training fellow multi-millionaires, the goal is a billion dollars now. This is wealthy game. I got out of the house at 7:15am to work and it's currently 11:01pm, still out. (Creating this from the company's office.) I do deals with groups and make deals with crowdfunders & some I buy with 100% control but the goal is to have executive ownership or principal shareholding in whatever I'm in. It's not the money, it's the power that comes with it especially in a recession. In January, I dropped recession-proof now we're behind all of that. We've went through stock investing, LLC's, budgeting, owning a business. That's rookie game, I don't even teach that shit anymore but I leave archives so new entrepreneurs and students can catch up. I've been investing and running businesses since High School. The moment I made money whether it was from law or scrubbing shit out of toilets to have money for miscellaneous items and investing while being on a full-ride scholarship. I'm all about making my money. First, thing I did was prepare. All April I worked. 1st day, we got a Highway 55 and property in Nolensville, Tennessee, bought a stake of Madison Square Garden so I can mix it up with the best socialities in Manhattan while watching one of the best teams in the NBA and New York is back. The rise of Texas, Florida and Tennessee is overinflated. The rejects of major markets are going there. People who couldn't get it done in a powerhouse so they try creating their own. A loser trying to win. It'll never back because of Dixiecrat policies and mediocre land value unlike New York who's value hasn't dropped yet is having a comeback and reintroducing itself as the greatest American city. So me & my colleagues went up to Scarsdale, New York to go golfing, talk business & marriage and deals to sign on the first. The importance of the first is that you have a complete view of the month because there's no time wasted. On the 1st, you're not ahead or behind yet but the moment the 2nd hits, back to winning or losing. In my case, winning because the Black Diamond never loses. We win because we pitch in corporate to earn sponsors like Black Rifle Coffee Company, Baxter of California & Path Water who we make sure sells their product through our companies. Let's get into moves made today, Monday, May 1st, 2023.

- Royalty Exchange
Introducing Royalty Exchange, it is the #1 royalty marketplace to purchase royalties and trademarks across entertainment. Stock and bond markets can be unpredictable and susceptible to macro events, which is why many turn to alternative investments to diversify. Royalties provide a great option. Owners of intellectual property get paid every time someone uses their work. They create an asset once, and then collect payment over and over again. Royalty payments, especially music royalties, perform independently of public markets, making them the purest form of alternative investment. Royalty payments, especially music royalties, perform independently of public markets, making them the purest form of alternative investment. Royalties have a track record of strong earnings, with the potential to deliver double-digit yields that rival bonds and dividend-paying stocks. Royalties let you earn money while you sleep. They are a “cut off the top,” paid regularly, that put you first in line to receive the cash flows they generate. We just secured Harry Style's debut album for $215,000. Best move especially considering Styles recently defeated BeyoncĂ© and Adele for awards.

- Laundromat
I spoke with a laundromat investor and he told me, Maytag & GE has reached out to him to get their washers and dryers in his laundromat due to most people renting appliances and that being correlated with New York-New Jersey prices and inflation, it's not affordable. I got info with him and now on the 3rd, I'm expected to open up 4 laundronats in Buffalo, Hempstead, New Brunswick & Staten Island to help those who can't afford the hefty price of ownership or renting.

- Buying a country club membership
The Country Club has officially became something I'll participate in as my lifestyle. Wearing my Jacob and Co. Roulette Watch in my Ozwald Boateng clothes smelling like a layer of MFK Gentle Fluidity Silver and Kilian Roses on Ice. From buying Rolex's and antiques & holding them as my savings rather than using a savings account is very beneficial. Having a savings account isn't good once you get wealthy. I pay myself 30% of everything I earn to allocate it in assets + we talk family, money and women. A healthy bond that benefits everything.

- Consolidating my investments
I have a 403b retirement account mainly. You might ask "Shabazz, what's a 403b?" A 403b is from a public institutions and non-profits. I have ties to the Penn Club in New which is affiliated with my alma mater, Vanderbilt University. I have a 401k because I do have ties to private and public traded companies such as Goldman Sachs. I get tax credit and incentives due to being married including a 154% rise in estate equity which is astronomical since the beginning of 2023 and making my primary residence worth $7,392,000 which also raises my net-worth. I have a Roth IRA that I contribute to, the benefits are as an business owner. I contribute a certain percentage. Let's say 25% and with that, I also get additional money to invest in from the retirement firm so I'm double paying myself. I broke it down to 3 accounts. I ditched EToro, M1 Finance, Delta and split company investments with Vanguard, personal with BlackRock and family with Marcus by Goldman Sachs. I have it consolidated by category so this is consolidation in the terms of microeconomic rather than macroeconomic since it's still 3 accounts. Spreading them amongst free investment apps is well but as an organized and married man, accessibility is key.

- Promoting Happy Dad/New Amsterdam
Was called up to promote Happy Dad around local NY-NJ stores and sell merch out of my sprinter with Happy Dad plastered on my sprinter. New Amsterdam has paid to supply New Amsterdam to the hottest places in NY such as Starlet's and will get free tickets at Lollapalooza in Chicago to promote including supplying Barstool.

- Ruth's Chris Franchise
Steak is money in the restaurant business. I only many fast food franchises but Ruth's Chris is a serious chop house. Secured the investment, first night will be Saturday. Ruth's Chris in New York is a cash crop!

- Concert transportation
Me & the guys thought of this in December and established it in January 1st. He puts his fleet under my Taxi LLC and we supply affordable, luxury transportation to events like Coachella, Rolling Loud, Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza etc.

- LinkedIn Meetups
Today's golf session was between many LinkedIn members who made pitches to bring in power. Communication is key to a platter of victory!

- United Health Care Stock
Currently running at $495 a share. UNH is eclipsing a 20-30% yield and has conquered the market & gives out a $1.65 quarterly dividend yield per share. Luckily, I have 2.3k shares meaning I get $3,795 a quarter and $15,180 yearly.

- Cinnaholic franchise
Cinnaholic is the future and the biggest competitor to Cinnabon & actually has better food. I like the company's morals, I like the staff that's there, customer service is great & they built great notoriety by being on ABC's ™ Shark Tank. Great show, great company. Only right I expanded and serve the community & we do charity events to help out important causes whether it's black issues, Christian issues, hunger, back on rent etc. We at Cinnaholic love the idea of God, Community and Service.

- ARCT stock
Arcturus Therapeutics Holdings Inc. is one of the best stocks out on the market. It has great potential and the medical profession is just rising infinitely with this State of Emergency, the United States has been in for 3 years.

- Sonic franchise
As an ex-employee at Sonic flipping burgers with pride, it means so much to go back to the company that took a shot on me & did so much. It gave me so much education on the game, I'm so appreciative to learn and be a partner with such a great company.

- Endeavor
I'm not a fan of Ari Emanuel politically but financially, Endeavor has been a hit especially since the WWE-UFC merger. Great for investment capital especially having a guy like Brock Lesnar active who propelled both companies to levels it's never had. From WWE having box office stars like Roman Reigns, Bianca Belair, Cody Rhodes and Bron Breakker and UFC having star after star like Aljamain Sterling, Jon Jones, Max Holloway, Jamahal Hill, Alex Pereira, Justin Gaethje, Charles Oliveira, Kevin Holland, Amanda Nunes, Tom Aspinall etc. Great move to take down the liberal concentrated, multiculturalist popularity contest called the NBA.

Let's cover new deals and sponsors we got through now:

- AMAX agency
Becoming an ambassador and secretary calling out to places like AMAX & appealing to talent to get opportunities in Nashville is a short-term deal I most definitely love. Hosting events at Loews Vanderbilt Hotel and introducing them to luxury companies and beauty companies to get their footing.

- Baxter of California
One of my favorite skincare and overall hygiene brands. Been an user. Being reached out to promote at fights, malls and major events is a honor. Signed a 4 month deal to be sponsored by this in my image consulting firm.

- CinderFit
As a fighter, I was given one to test out and I approved of it. Just as efficient as weights and now paid to wear on my shorts. CinderFit is a rubber cinderblock that's a personal gym, more affordable than a weight set & promoted by the great, Pat McNamara.

- Milwaukee Tools
As a man who loves to build, this matches my style and considering they love vets and fighters, it was only a matter of time. Thank you to Milwaukee Tools.

- Defense Soap
Wrestling is my craft. Wrestling has changed my life for the better. Hygiene beats all. With all the skin tearing, blood, sweat and fluid involved in a gritty sport like wrestling, it opens up for diseases like Staph, Follicultis, Fungal and Bacterial infections. That's where Defense Soap comes in, the best deep cleansing soap on the market and heavy in essential oils that kill fungus and bacteria. It cleanses like a Dial Gold Bar, lathers like Yardley and moisturizes like Dr. Bronner's: Hemp Castile Soap.

- Hampton
From partnering with Hampton and the Hilton family at the Metropolitan Club to opening a franchise this summer. Connections and initiations go a long way.

- Cremo Company
I'm a fragrance head, I love fragrances. I own hundreds so the Cremo Company apparently know about my reviews and this blog and reached out to me & I'll tell you this. Cremo has some phenomenal fragrances, lacking a little longevity. I had a conversation saying Creed should make all of their scents EDP or Extrait and go up $10 on the price. $30 is very affordable for an Eau De Parfum or Extrait De Parfum. Here's my top 10 Cremo Scents:
10: Bourbon & Oak
9: Citrus & Mint Leaf
8: Spice & Black Vanilla
7: Silver Water & Birch
6: Bourbon Vanilla
5 : Spring Water & Fir
4 : Hemp & Golden Amber
3 : Palo Santo
2 : Distiller's Blend
1 : Vintage Suede

- Thursday Boot Company
Another great company to shop with. What a good shoe at affordable price? As a renaissance man, having apparel from this company is priceless. White Collar style, Blue Collar price. It's honest, not cheap. Thank you to Thursday Boots for letting 15 items for free as an ambassador.

My top 10 items I have from Thursday Boot Co.
- Motorcycle Jacket - Black Matte
- Keanu Jacket - Old English
- Denim Trucker Jacket - Pitch Black
- Flight Jacket - Anejo
- Stomper - Black Cherry
- Duke - Honey Suede
- Major - Distressed Gray
- Vanguard - Waxed Cacao
- Wingtip - British Tan
- Cadet - Sequoia

- Bucked Up
As a fitness freak, I'm not a pre workout guy but bucked up changed my mind on that. Taking it and training legs showed a slight improvement. Take lightly. Bucked Up is most definitely a respectable pre workout supplement.

- Carhartt
This hit home as a gritty Midwesterner. Carhartt has recently been to reaching out to smaller Detroit influencers and giving us coats to promote it word to mouth. Carhartt is the truth! Most definitely a company you should shop with.

- Detroit vs. Everybody
Back onto Detroit, I'm a proud staunch advocate for Detroit and Wayne County, Michigan. Despite getting shirts and revenue, I'd done it for free.

- Wealthy
The 3rd Detroit brand. I'm wealthy too. It's just so important to rep the Motor City & show why the Heart of America's comeback is real.

- Al Wissam
Back to back to back to back for the 313. I reached out to Al Wissam as a Detroit fashion guy to promote in New York City and at events include showing proof of being a shareholder in the Knicks, who are on fire. That validated my credibility and as someone who grew up on Al Wissam, honored to become a partner and ambassador.

- Zeidman's
The 5th and final Detroit company featured, Zeidman's were aware of my pro-Detroit lifestyle and offered me Cartier Wires, Buffs, Woods and Straightbacks & I support it. Tap in with Zeidman's in Detroit the best jewelry in the D.

- Ozwald Boateng
High-end British style fashion that's black-owned is perfection. Ozwald Boateng epitomes that. I'm a suit man and I attend runways. Thank you to the agents who got me in contact to promote the British brand in New York City. My honor!

Long blog but this is power and I'm all about being a walking billboard, as long as you're showered in social opportunity and money. You wear and promote brands once paid not flaunt other names for free. This is wealth game, thanks for viewing!

Men, get into the Semiconductor Industry!

Welcome back, scholars. Today's topic is about semiconductors and if you've been over here some time, you've seen me offer comprehension to how being invested into semiconductors is crucial & it's why China has a manufacturing economy and we're consumers. America's priorities are messed up, you see how we value a New York and a Los Angeles but we treat Detroit like trash despite Detroit producing more for the infrastructure than both cities. New York has it's banking but banking can't sustain solely without an infrastructure to garnish currency from. It's why China is defeating us because we betrayed the Midwest, America's heart, brain & spine whether it's the Big 3, Motown, Rock & Roll or Northwestern, Notre Dame, University of Michigan, The University of Chicago and Washington University of St. Louis. Let's get into the blog: WHAT IS SEMICONDUCTOR TECHNOLOGY? Semiconductors are materials (usually silicon) that ha...

5 people who should never get close to the white house or become affiliated with the President

Welcome back, scholars. This is a hit piece warning to Black Americans, this is not for Kamala Harris either because I will be dropping a hit piece condemning her as well but we must speak on those dropping hate pieces in politics, promoting confusion or like the moron jumping around in the picture above promoting bribery. I was inspired to make this after the absolute shit show in Madison Square Garden from Donald Trump being the leader of foolishness and having a liar of a vice presidental candidate to Tony Hinchcliffe who's Italian but has the nerve to look down on people as if his people didn't not only beg to accepted by the Anglo but went through lynchings in Louisiana to be accepted. You all know names like Tulsi Gabbard, Ron DeSantis, Anna Paulina Luna, Rachel Levine, JD Vance, Donald Trump, Grant Cardone, Kamala Harris, Tim Walz and Josh Shapiro should never touch office. Let's get into this, starting off with honorable mentions. - Marshall ...

Why you will still be mediocre in 2026

Ball just dropped & rent is due and you're somewhere blowing it on Hennessy Lemon Pepper Wings with D'Usse Truffle Fries. Ball dropped before your balls dropped so now it's 2026. Happy New Year! 25 years since 9/11. 10 years since LeBron came back 3-1. 10 years without Ali, Prince, David Bowie etc. America's Bisesquicentennial. 20 years of Twitter. 18 years since the victory of Barack Obama and regardless, it's been a joke for you. Most of you will enter 2026, the same way you entered 2025, a disgrace, a joke, a minstrel, a coughing baby compared to Tsar Bomba. If being a ham & egger was a dynasty, you'd have Tom Brady rings, Joe Montana win percentage and Steve Yzerman consistency & longevity. If Fs got you into Harvard, you'd be a Summa Cum Laude on autopilot. If it was a Least Valuable Player, it'd be named after you the same way Bill Russell is to the Finals MVP. Here's the central point, you suck and you been taking Ls si...
