Greetings, gentlemen. As a member of Omega Psi Phi, I think it's important for men especially Black Men to join fraternities because what do you have to lose. You grew up in a matriarchy, born disadvantaged and don't have shit to lose but every damn thing to gain so let's go.
- Greek Love
Black people can't pick for shit because naturally they don't understand the importance of class & genetics. This is why our community has so much genetic junk. If you're on your comeup, speak to women, have at least 10 numbers in your phone & for the love of God, don't try to be in relationships with your co-workers or people in your area unless you're in an area of people at least over 6 figures or in the hub which is the city and suburbs within 5 miles of Downtown. Similar to what Brentwood is to Nashville or Forest Hills to Green Hills, Nashville. Don't even sleep with no damn broad in your local area if you're not in area that's successful & somewhere where you love. Don't dabble with genetically inferior people because you sleep with that shit will dilute your genetics. If you're going for something, go for a woman who's a socialite and in the circle that you are earning your way in, date up while you get up and then level up beyond her circle. Women especially women I like. Beautiful sweethearts are hypergamous as they should be, I'm a gorgeous man and I relate to them + we both are genetically superior. This is an auction and how do you bid? Is your GPA near or 4.0? Are you initiated in D9? What's your degree & major? What inspired you to attend? 5-10 year goals? Height, Weight, Net Worth? What are you knowledgeable in? What's your stances? Political views? Religious beliefs? Are you a man who believes in Matrimony? But here's the benefits, D9 members win individually & dominate together. The average D9 member's net worth is in the $105k+ range and plenty of advantages. First things first, be in an university of prestige and fit all qualities + some. You need to be in college to build a circle, be excellent, brotherhood, extracurricular, travel, study, party, look better, make money, compete & find a wife. All of these are non-optional. You need a woman of caliber and excellence who can raise your children in elegance, style, intelligence and honor. Congratulations, you're something your father wasn't. A man, husband & gentlemen and your woman is something your mother never will be. A wife, a lady & a mother not just a sexually active woman with children. You both have common interests + sorority women are some of the loveliest women on this side of the planet, better than anything a passport can offer. This is high standards & class. This is separation between the haves & have nots. Debutante style. You have to have what it takes + it's one and done for all chapters.
- Code of Honor
Plenty are called, some are chosen. A lot of cold, few are frozen. The Code is Honor is important. We protect each other, we look out for each other & we benefit from it because it's Greek vs. the World. At the end of the day we're all black too & a higher level of black people, we must retain excellence. If an Omega applies, they get the job because I know they have the qualities to do the same by proving it in the past. Have honor! Always rep your allegiance to your D9, it's a get out of jail free card and everyone else is a stepping stone.
- Hard work gets you in
Merit is a half truth, it works in the lower class and for the entry level but entry level doesn't work for fraternities, we win! You need to have the image, GPA, letters of consideration, awards and a reputation of greatness. This is why I say work in multiple industries in High School. In 11th & 12th grade, lock down, aim and shadow professionals & for my athletes, you do the same. Be an athlete that's easy to mentor, not a diva you're not hurting anyone but yourself. Congratulations, you got accepted into Georgetown, Cal Berkeley, USC, Michigan, Princeton or Vanderbilt and fit the expectations. Expect an invite to the smoker, expect an interview & this is what separates prospects from the blue chip starters, this is what separates what champions from contenders. This is when you slide your chips to the table & buy in. This is how you pull through:
- Arrogance
Now it's time to chop it up, they hand you the cigar you light it with confidence. In return, hand them a business card. The topics will be about history, fraternal legacy, culture and how you'll stand on the heritage of the fraternity. You challenge the expectations and raise the bar for yourself. Dean's List, guaranteed. Ambassador, guaranteed.
Community work, guaranteed.
You live by your own promises
- Resumè
You show your accolades from HS & on, you name notable people who've credited you and you get a letter certifying it with their true words and contact information on it to capitalize on your opportunity. You show your Academic & Athletic All American status, have your circle already there with you to represent & have your circle be accomplished. This is a Lion's den, come in as a Lion! Last but not least, become a student of the OG's & alumni, offer your services and knowledge for theirs & come off as a prodigy. Be a man who's no pushover but a man of respect.
- Image
You're the dynast, coming in for dominance & the ultimate goal is to have a huge relationship with the top guy of the fraternity and stand your ground. Be on the same agenda but show leadership & 9/10 times you just got in guaranteed. Never run from competition, actually call for it! Have the champion swagger, call your shot and act on it! Last but not least, you need at least 2 women above a 7 in universal beauty escorting you. Beautiful women are currency.
- Appearance
Cut the twists or un-twist it, curl it, taper it. Short, medium and curly long hair are usually acceptable. This is for the upper echelon, everything you knew on the come-up is now dead. Forget about anything in the past. Get in a better shape. If you're below 6ft, get some shoes that elevate your height so you look more appealing. Talk correctly but bold, even if you're multilingual that's even better. Have a color scheme of the fraternity or a masculine color scheme. Here's 11 fragrances I recommend for a frat smoker:
- Bond No. 9 Scent of Peace for Him
- Tom Ford Noir
- Amouage Royal Tobacco
- Amouage Homage
- Nassamoto Black Afgano
- Tom Ford Cherry Smoke
- Bond No. 9 Lafayette Street
- Kilian Black Phantom
- Creed Royal Oud
- Creed Tabarome
- Creed Viking
You want a darker yet sensual scent, since this is a smoker.
- Class, Competition & Knowledge
Goes back to Code of Honor, it's a certain way to live as D9. Success, helping and serving. After college, Greek life really starts. After you graduate from a Georgetown, you decide you want to work in Chicago. Call up the alumni chapter of your fraternity in Chicago, they'll give you the best resources. Get your frat ring, wear a business professional attire and have your fraternal pin showing. You just put yourself in a situation to make $50k-60k more than your original flat rate salary due to being an alum of a great college and fraternal roots & you'll be able to enjoy it because your debt is low to non-existent. This is class! You look at the fraternity era in Atlanta, that's not. Never mix secrecy with streets. It's exclusivity. We're taught how the industry works, the hierarchy & how to ascend up it while the average college antisocial undisciplined student learns about fine arts or some stupid shit and this goes to my next chapter.
- Meritocracy is fake, it's about a system
"He's not a good person" "Hard work guarantees success" "It's me vs. everybody" "Trust nobody" "I do my thing" "I'm Chill" "Have to stay watching for snakes"
Cringe shit they teach the everyday man to limit him. Going incognito and improving is half good. Going incognito is never. Detox all that emotion, good you're independent but you're not hurting them nor getting revenge, you're losing and thinking you're winning! You're exiting the race to cope then re-joining when your competition hit the accelerator and keep going straight. You're focused on foolishness while every man of other race is building by the numbers using the Brick Mason Strategy. Fitting in at this level is vital, being the hood vigilante will keep you in that hood.
- Community Work
Community work is essential to the pillar of success of a community. Great architects & thought leaders taught me the act of philanthropy. You need philanthropy to maintain positive morale + how will your area thrive if you don't fund it. All the parties etc. make a lot of money and we use it to reinvest. This is franchising 101.
- Franchising
Quick question, if you don't franchise yourself who will franchise you? Nobody. Only you are entitled to help out you and your own. This is why I do business & have close ties with the Freemasons. Prince Hall, Scottish rite etc. I'm not a Freemason at all. We own businesses, corporate firms, law offices, hospitals, restaurants, gas stations, gun stores, shops, funeral homes, political leverage & even a credit union! This is how we circulate our money & most of us are married like I said in the beginning so that's more money! Most couples above $250k in net worth, stay together. Rich people stay married often because we're more cultured. Take away your political views but look at Raphael Warnock & Kamala Harris, 2 of the headlining politicians. What are they? D9 members.
- Secret communication
This is how we use favoritism and nepotism, select from the group. We might seen a good candidate but we'll easily overlook them for that fellow D9. A decent D9 man is far superior than a great man because the D9 man isn't peaked out yet. The pinnacle somehow keeps going up for the D9 man because D9 isn't American, it's global! This is how I pulled 7 brothers into Roc Nation.
- Political Power
Lawyers, Advocates, Activists, Entertainers, Doctors, Accountants, Consultants, Professors etc. all contribute to the political climate.

- Grooming & opportunities
This is a secret society, we push group acceptance & occasionally we recruit. We recruit valedictorians, salutatorians, 3-5 star athletes and young men who have been seasoned in employment. We get in contact with coaches, parents, friends and employers. We need a credible young man to represent us. We put him on game. We mature his dress code, socialization & competition, teach him corporate lingo, teach him he's an asset and he's useful & have his resumè be digital. No young man should have an empty resumè after age 13. We interview him, study his competition and send him to special events to get in & he most definitely needs some fine ladies with him to capitalize on his blue-chip stock. He's an investment, it's business not personal.
Here's how we would speak to him:
" Pursue a profession that's about power not your interest or we are done with you!"
This is a threat! If we as Omegas don't want him, that's it he's one & don't. He's not doing Alpha or anywhere else.
