#1 - Follow the dollar, not the hour
Don't get it wrong, put it in all effort, action and critical thought you pay as you weigh but that's not the core. Winners want salary, more organized, structured, fixed and beneficial. Hailing from the West Side of Detroit and making money underground & making most money in Detroit, NYC, Chicago, Columbus, Charlotte & Nashville. I know metro areas and I know prosperity. I worked in the streets and lived in the Condos with a doorman. I'm no fool which most men especially blue collar men are. I was an intern in call centers for telemarketing, I made my company $1M in corporate sales as a rookie, I was flown to Oklahoma City which is sales paradise and a corporate powerhouse that dominated Texas, New York, Illinois, Pennsylvania, California & Michigan for 17 consecutive years. 1996-2013. Was offered the entire city of Oklahoma City so I'd been VP of Oklahoma City while in Vanderbilt. I rejected it so I could learn more, took Jr. Exec in Nashville and built partnerships with Carter-Haston, Bridgestone and the Cobble Hill Group which are still major corporate partners of Nashville, Tennessee. That money helped bring a 2nd Cheesecake Factory which is in Opry Mills. Recruited to be a Jr. Account manager which is a mid-level national executive. Later switched to legal advisory and assets under management by law. 1 year to 2 years experience. Senior national account managers run an account full of the following Coca Cola, Delta, American Airlines, American Express, Apple, McDonald's etc. Junior's train to become that. National managers are the biggest threat in corporate other than a board principal. The bottom line runs through the national manager! This is a competitive market under iron clad agreements. We were the 34th ranked corporate district in the United States of America which isn't acceptable because every state has at least heavy hitter in Corporate. We were behind Salt Lake City, Utah & Boston, Massachusetts. After rookie year, we were ninth nationally. Only under LA, NYC, Detroit, Chicago, San Jose, Atlanta, Scottsdale & Dallas. All major corporate powerhouses! Which mean we defeated Oklahoma City, the powerhouse, Houston, Austin, our biggest competitor and beat them by $44M, Chesapeake, Minneapolis, San Francisco etc. My point is I know what the hell I'm saying with little experience. Still a pre-IPO stock holder, my sales number were sent to Wall Street to receive Angel investing. Why do I do this? I never gave a shit about the hour and sweating it out, I follow the revenue. I learn to pocket it from my knowledge, maximum productivity is essential and I learned such from paying a corporate consultant so I wasn't living lavish with my money..... I got a corporate consultant to help code a room. He tells me "This crew is not the best image outside of yourself and they're thinking about the labor & grind rather than the dollar. That's a blue collar trait in white collar America, that's not marketable." I line my analytics up, send it to the board. They get demoted or fired & I persuade them to recruit a group who is hypnotized by the earn rather than the grind. " I worked hard " isn't for us, " I made a shitload this quarter, check the stats " is our motto. " Keep your head up & stay focused " is bullshit! " I killed the competitors " is our motto. I'm a man of statistics, I'm not Mr Highlight Reel. I'm a man of arrogance and efficiency. I'd rather be efficient than consistent. Efficiency is success over failures, assets over liabities & wins over losses. Consistency is baby steps. Not the winning mindset, efficiency is I take 50 shots monday, make 37 out of 50. That's 74%. That's 98% Next day, I take 400, make 394. 400 is 350 more than 50. 394 is 357 more than 37. Are these numbers of close? Fuck no. A 74% student is damn near a failure, a 98% student is an all star, dean's list, future Ivy League or Vanderbilt student. It's a 24% difference. Damn near a quarter difference, I yesterday is 3/4 of the man I was yesterday. 1% improvement a day isn't the way especially as young guy or late bloomer. That's not enough. You need 25% improvement by a week or day. Jump high and brace yourself! Build the mental fortitude of success, stop being counterproductive in the name of creativity. Fuck your creativity, this is why you have more semantics than money. Corporate is very homogeneous, it's not diverse. You learn, level up and acquire the skills. You can leave once you've became a veteran of the game, build your own startup and partner with your former company or if you are a man of war, use their strategy, equip a backup strategy and become their competitor.
2 - Buy out the candyman
This is a thing I started in the streets & school ground. In the streets & school, social business operates outside of academics. Leverage that shit! If you're not a brash guy like me, don't blatantly compete. Let's say it's a man who sells candy hence the chapter title, be cunning. Morals are semantic! Be a customer of his game and use that money to double up on your stock! All of that should go to stocking and dividend investments, you build income! You already had stock because all men should at least have $1k in loose money around. You need an investment account, retirement, an account like a growth fund that combats inflation, a checking, credit account, venture capital fund, a priorities fund, an emergency & medical fund, a family account, professional fund, offshore account, corporate fund and a party account. How many guys you know talk about this and tell you how they get down here in the United States of America. To all my Anti American & Anti Capitalism people, you think like that because you don't know the game! This is the game, you living the demo! Buying out the candyman is psychological warfare, since you're the venture capitalist you feed this guy but feed him enough so he won't be skinny nor fat. Here's the genius at work, you're feeding this guy and have spiked up his appetite but you're feeding him less and less now so he's getting hungrier but not eating. His cognitive decline is eminent so you now leverage his decline and advertise yourself with your new stock which you legally stole and you're officially in a surplus because with your competitor on the brink of death is when you cash in. Demand is at an all time high! You profit and then start up a business & multiply. 1 booth makes 2, 2 makes 4, 4 makes 8 and as guy who knows about rackets, racketeering is so successful because of multiplication. It's never 1 racket, most of the time a district is dominated by rackets! Racketeering is blood money, war and business & as a J.D., I know how rackets operate! It's a blue collar motive with a corporate mind. Brilliance personified.
3 - Marriage is leverage
Sorry to the guys who walk on past experiences, I understand you but I'm a man of the dollar and my audience you don't dominate corporate as a free agent. No matter how smart you are, you could be Thomas Sowell level of intelligence but if you haven't worked in Corporate, you're ignorant on it! Corporate America pushes the propaganda of liberalism and just like starving gator in the Florida heat, they eat the meat and spit out the bones. They teach the new age belief but Corporate America is as traditional as a Pentecostal Christian family in the Midwest. 2030 won't claim them as victims. Corporate will instill the law and examples your fathers failed to do. By 13, a boy transitions into a stage where he's developing into a man. By 15, that teenager is getting a man's attributes and building a man's body. By 17, he's a filled out fit man with testosterone levels high enough to have any woman within a 1 mile of him ovulating and run 65 miles, intelligence, courage, leadership, discipline, a conservative edge. A warrior, scholar and man that can contribute to the advancement of a nation! Not a fat chub who can't stop ejaculating and himself. By 18, he's a grown ass man and studying the greatness of the Elders. By 21, he's equipped to be the captain of the show and he's in his prime. By 23, he's a husband and father. 4 - Image matters
Speaking of Triple H, once he took corporate. He cut his hair, adjusted to his role & embraced the successful role and the hate behind it. This is why no one hires young black men and I wouldn't either. Can you get a black man in an operating or executive position? I can! A lot of young black men are emotional and raised by their mothers. If you don't think people see how young black men conduct themselves and say "Why would I hire that?", you're blind and it's justified. The impulses will kill the fortune that was made. It's always foolishness and self pride. They will merge companies and destroy the value because they'll get an offer like $12M in liquid capital for your $7M in equity and $5M in shareholder value. Both are $12M but one of these will be $24M next year and thats the shareholder value and capital. An emotional man takes the $12M knowing he won't put that towards capital, towards tax, towards paying dividends and he's been leveraged out of his ownership so instead of a mega merger like Exxon-Mobil. You just merged McDonald's with something trashy like Waffle House now you just officially killed an empire and since both companies are merging, you just combined a regional business with a global business. Waffle House isn't elite business and they could never manage McDonald's portfolio & a top 10 global company is DEAD because of not being homogeneous. Dress code gone, rules gone and he has no public personality so you're reputation is forever gone. Congrats, you just became the next Constantinople, you got sacked! Speaking of mergers and dress codes, Exxon has Exxon Tuesday's and Mobil had Mobil Tuesday's. The dress code was all white business professional with red ties for Exxon and blue for Mobil. There's no argument against this, your opinion doesn't mean shit compared to my facts on this topic. This is critical! Speaking of a dress code, let's talk suits. Your suit needs to fit your physique and your physique needs to be fit, not fat. Don't live by your title but by your leadership and ability to call orders to successful men. This is why suits matter, you need to be tailored and wear it with a bravado. Most guys I know are 6'4-6'5, I'm 6'10. Tall men wear pinstripe, it lines your physique up better. 5 - Build a resume, not work ethic
Work ethic is important but not the end all be all. The Mamba Mentality gets you in the door, not the championship or the playoff appearance. Resume beats it. From high school to college; you need to work and don't keep a job. Learn about a cow, milk that damn cow, let that cow die and find a new animal. Use that analogy for such. You notice I said find a new animal, not get another cow because that's repetitive. This is how you move up.
9th grade - Floor cleaner at Concentra urgent care
Benefits outside of pay: It's the hospitality industry, you learn the ins and outs of hospitality which has peaked post COVID.
10th grade - Chick Fil A & North Italia, Shake Shack or Cheesecake Factory
You're old enough to work 2 jobs so you can hire a1 tutors, sports coaches and self develop. It's time to appeal to universities.
Benefits outside of pay: Fast food secrets and you get the Intel of franchising, CFA is a great business and A+ professionalism.
Shake Shack, North Italia & Cheesecake Factory is the restaurant industry and it's high end and it's multicultural, that's brain food you see higher value people. You go from serving Grape Juice to seeing Wine get served. This is the rapid maturation men need. It expands your wardrobe as well.
11th grade - Movie Theater & Retail like Whole Foods, Fresh Market, Meijer, Publix and Lowe's
Benefits outside of pay: Entertainment and Retail is huge! You need to be a people person and a master of money circulation.
12th grade - High End Retail & an internship
This is to increase your skill set. You make money in chunks. $5k here, $10k here, $750 here. You need heavy loads of money that is variable. Working double while playing sports and having tutors sharpens your knowledge in all aspects. It's like my martial arts background, I'm dominant because I mastered BJJ, Muay Thai, Greco Roman Wrestling, Dutch Kickboxing, Judo, Karate and Pressure Boxing. I'm ambidextrous but I specialize as a southpaw. Regardless of skills, I trained IQ, stamina and pain tolerance. I fight in Vale Tudo in practice so when I do MMA, it's on rookie arcade mode. Going 30 minutes uninterrupted, 1 round vs. 5 rounds, 5 minutes and 2-4 minute breaks in between rounds is Child's play. Make danger look soft!

During high school, you've became bent on going to college. You're going to Vandy, Notre Dame, Georgetown, U of Chicago, Michigan, Illinois, Stanford, UNC, Wake Forest, Michigan State, Rutgers, Tulane, Northwestern, Ohio State, Ivy Leagues, Rice, Florida, USC, UCLA, NYU, Georgia Tech not a Missouri, Alabama, LSU, Bismarck State, Georgia, HBCU's, South Carolina, Louisville, Indiana etc. You got women skills, you got people skills, you're knowledgeable, well dressed etc.
Here's a tip for blue chip HS guys: Take 2 years off of school, keep the tutors and earn a real estate license. Make $100k+ entry level at 18-19 to 20-21, you just hit legal age to drink and you're 20% complete on your way to be a millionaire. That's 1/5 on the way. With this resume and social intelligence you've acquired at 20-21, you can demand higher at entry level despite making more than $100k to $120k, you can demand a $165k salary. Not $50 a hour, not $60 a hour and not $82.50 a hour. I said salary, lump sums and equity not hourly. That's flat rate money, we haven't got on incentives. This is why you compete! So instead of ending your 20's saying "I'm getting old" you'll be saying "Oh shit, I'm wealthy! & I'm a mover and shaker around my city" because we promote popularity over here even if it's local.
6 - Stand Strong
Short but sweet. Assert yourself and play chess. Align with the blueprint. When you stand strong, you've established your value. If the company treads on you, you can negotiate. If it falls short, go to the opponent and demand a higher pay based on efficiency & go cutthroat on your former company. Live by Law #15 of the 48 laws. Crush. Your. Enemy. Totally.
If one ember is left alight, no matter how dimly it smolders, a fire will eventually break out. More is lost through stopping halfway than through total annihilation: the enemy will recover, and will seek revenge. Crush him, not only in body but in spirit.
7 - Buying in isn't selling out
Coon, Sambo, Sell Out, Snake, Benedict, Traitor, House nigga are all words used by people who engaged in war and got dominated. It's the effects of being a sore loser and adjusting to logic. 8 - Get out of entry level
Entry level is from 0-2 years, anything longer is too long. You're being overlooked, leave. Status alone defeats any form of merit.
9 - Stay in the now
Keeping up with the current events is so sexy! One of my biggest turn ons in women is a women who keeps up with the space. I love a woman who realizes the world is larger than her & her journey. Goes back to the theory of Wins and Losses. 1 loss should equate for 10 wins. You should be on dynasty mode. Will you lose money? Yeah. I've lost $4M throughout my lifetime. That's what? 1/15th, 1/20th of my value and it's been remade within less than 6 months. You want to overwhelm yourself with victory. By that, you subtract what adds, subtracts and divides. You add what multiples your value. Multiplication is quick, this is why I teach millionaire math. Don't stress it. You can make $1M in Bismarck with less stress and competition than making $1M in Chicago. Sometimes it's better to be big fish, small pond.
11 - Don't start shit, don't take shit
Self explanatory. Don't be the chill guy who's not vocal, don't be the shy guy and don't be the cancer. It's not about you as an individual, it's about archetype and attributes that make a new you.
12 - Play politics
I'm a logical right winger with reasoning. I'm a black conservative, I'm running in politics in the future representing the Republican party. The fools go vote and cross their fingers, the winners pay for their guy. They pay lawyers, collab with the mayor, book reservations to promote a friend in politics, they campaign to their personal interests not be the people's champion. The People's Champion is BULLSHIT! 13 - Self Franchising

Have your resumè be able to be touched online as well, have business cards especially when women are around because women will spend more off of impression alone, improves ranking and are less difficult to socialize with.
