"Shabazz, what's the brick mason strategy?"
The brick mason strategy is a spin-off of the job description. Brick by brick gets you the masterpiece. It's about getting better daily! The brick mason strategy will cover everything across the blue chip mentality.
1 - Stack your money, keep your head up
This is for my ballers. I appeal to the white collar man but just like in brick masonry & freemasonry, you go up the degree. You go up the hierarchy. You need to prepare while going up. You need to be an apprentice, paid intern or a job that lacks major labor. Work for an employer with a business standard. You need a personal dress code and business dress code. You need to have certain characteristics and an respectable appearance to level up!
Characteristics you need:
- Be level-headed yet think one step ahead
Sounds quite oxymoronic yet, it's not! Keep your head on a swivel but don't be a day-to-day. Start off with week to week. It's Monday, think about Friday.
- Plant your flag and protect it
People think having a hiatus to develop is the way to go! Hiatus for a man under 25 is quite foolish. Here's a good analogy, Kobe wasn't a phenom because he trained and the Mamba Mentality. It's because he trained against the best 450 guys in the continent and trained against the best internationally. He didn't have a soft heart and go harden up alone. You could be great if you train alone but if you're not up with the current event. You're destined to lose. It's the equivalent of going into war blind. You might think you're Adonis because you lifted all the weights and took creatine but you lose to Joe because Joe has foresight & forethought and a critical thinker, Joe did more calisthenics, he trained at resistance exercises, he has a leg machine, Joe trained his chest and then Joe took a small dose of tren, took TRT, got in the cryogenic chamber, did stem cell therapy which changes the DNA and great genetics with awareness defeats any form of hard work and passion but you didn't know that so you come in, you fuck around and might injured, you might run low on stamina easier and guaranteed to get swept because you went by merit and woe is me. You went 1-2-3, ABC, the English language & go to the border states and develop from then. Little did you know, Joe was doing cursive, Joe scholarshipped into private school and then scholarshipped into Vanderbilt, Joe learned different languages, Joe got his passport and offshore accounts, Joe got his rotation of women & locked on marrying one. While you are leaving the dating market because of rejections by women on the same tax bracket? That's pathetic, you must flip yourself and appeal to a higher tax bracket & then become it! That's the problem with black men specifically, too much pride to not have, not be about or not do shit! YOU NEED TO TALK THE TALK & WALK THE WALK. All inner pride, no real valor, no real courage, no real integrity and no real allegiance to excellence! It's the blame game 24/7. Blame the white man, blame religion, blame mom, blame dad, blame your woman, blame the environment. No it's not their fault once you become a grown ass man. It's no one's fault, you're just genetic trash! It's in your DNA to be a loser. You need emotional durability, you must socialize with people who you might see eye to eye with as long as it's respectful and not detrimental as far as life threatening or harmful. It builds strength and how to respond when being challenged & it shows competitive nature. It's not me, myself & I. It's me and my boys vs him & them. Chess moves are for the extroverts! But utilize their connection to something that benefits you both, that's how you utilize the "Brick Mason Strategy"
- Utilize a dress code
No more Nike. No more Balenciaga. No more Jordan. No more bussdown chains. No more graphic tees. It's cheap yet overpriced, I like to and only appeal to men who are willing to put a dent in their bank accounts to spend on attire. No cheap shit. Period point blank. You need a personal dress code, you need luxury shirts, dress shirts, sunglasses, luxury pants, dress pants, cargos, suits, hats, ties, watches, cardigans, turtlenecks, leather jackets, boots etc. Cut all that concert tour shirt, neon colored attire, big gold chains, grills, monochrome attire, overly loud attire, skinny jeans etc. off. If you got it, sell it!

2 - Adaption
You must adapt, that's why I say men need to cut their hair to corporate. I have a personal image consultant and a business consultant. You need both to stay on top of your game. Just like agents look out for the best deals and negotiate for their athletes. That's how you keep going. What you did in 2022, it's time to add on to that in 2023. Stop thinking subtraction, think multiplication and addition. Let's say you work in corporate getting $52 a hour for starters and you do 40 hours a week.
52 x 40 = $2,080
Let's say take away holidays, you do 47 full weeks out of the 52 in a year. That's $97,760. That's good for a rookie but here's when adaption comes in, everyone is not meant to be a businessman in the aspect of being executive but you need more than 1 stream of income. You need an array of skills and you can pitch your skills in contracts to get paid and receive incentives. Use your corporate knowledge I'm giving you and make yourself a booking maestro. Then after that, back to your $97k a year job. You built a credible resume and have acquired notable connections with a depth of knowledge that rivals anyone, you can demand more! Just like dating, you have a rotation because your second year is free agent year. Stay with my company, do the same job for $115k maybe somewhere in Denver and also negotiate benefits. Show your work and persuade. Convince the company to buy you out and pay for your residence in a new state so you can work for them and now that you've progressed, demand salary not hourly. Salary is monthly most of the time but has hell of a lot of benefits. Retirement is better, dividends, stock holdings, REIT shares, private credit and more & you are in the V. I. P. era, as a shareholder and company representive you'll be flown globally to speak, to show the company prestige, to live by the mission statement and be there with the likes of board of directors in boardrooms when it's time to talk investments. If you're the best, might be promoted to corporate ambassador which gives you intercontinental experiences and political knowledge within corporate and the world + a pay raise. This is how you build wealth in the system.
3 - Marriage
White men, Hispanic men, Asian men, Bi-racial men, African men & Arab men get it! Black men don't. Here's why, we're the most culture-less men on Earth. Child under mother/wife, mother/wife under father/husband & father/husband under God & his son, Jesus Christ. That's the structure and the structure only! Man marries his fiancee. Husband provides for his wife. Husband protects his wife. Husband loves his wife. Man procreates with his wife. Wife submits to her husband. Wife honors her husband. Wife teaches his children and guides them. Wife prays for her husband and the corporate structure, it's no different. The boardroom, courtroom and the office is the face but not the heart of corporate! The heart is the ball, award ceremony, golf course, reserved rooms, house party, banquet and anywhere behind the scenes. This is what builds the relationship, this builds the legal team, this turns the rookie into the franchise and this is how the company brainstorms. The upper echelon are engaged, married or divorced because it's a structure of order, similar to the dress code. Men, find you a high value wife. Date multiple women who respect your power and socialize with them, learn their strategy & ethics, examine their beauty and learn their religious & political stances. This is your wife, the mother of your children we're talking about. Play it smart because having children out of wedlock damn near curses you.
4 - Never be pleased
Last chapter but not the least, never be pleased nor happy with the job. Completed, find something else to do. There's no true thing as an off-season, it's just a different page to the book of success. Don't work hard, that's for the blue collar guys let them die on the job. Work strategic, study, socialize and always be busy with something. Never let yourself get bored, boredom is a tumor. Always find something to avoid that tumor. #1 ranked? Doesn't matter. Peaked at your company, leave and go to another one that's even greater & keep building. Never be loyal to corporate, once all objectives are complete. Transfer to a new one where you have a whole new layout and start off making more. This is like Mount Everest. Keep climbing, if you peak out at a company, get you & your connections to the next company and go to a city with a more competitive market. So go from Memphis to Miami to Atlanta to Charlotte to Dallas to Detroit to Houston to Chicago to Philadelphia to LA to Seattle to DC to NY to Toronto to Saudi to Qatar to London to Singapore.
