Starting a designer clothing company:
Profitable, I'm not Stefano Ricci or Yves Saint Laurent level yet but gathering the best material & styling it for the upper class results in Next Level podcasts.
FBA:
With Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), you store your products in Amazon's fulfillment centers, and we pick, pack, ship, and provide customer service for these products. FBA can help you scale your business and reach more customers. As someone who sells thousands weekly, this is easily a 7-8 figure business.

Owning stores:
Saying Real Estate is way too broad.
I own plenty of dollar stores & bodegas. It's very profitable due to the fact that everyone goes there because it's an everyday place for every social class.
Owning restaurant franchises:
Sonic, Captain D's, Arby's, Hardee's, Wendy's, Jack in the Box, Chopt, McDonald's, Zaxby's, Chick Fil A, Subway, Five Guys, Panda Express, Popeyes, KFC, Church's, Taco Bell, Wing Stop, Steak N Shake, Jersey Mike's, Jimmy John's, Starbucks, Buffalo Wild Wing's, Red Robin, Cheddar's, Culver's, Moe's and TGI Friday's are just some restaurants my crew owns through 20 American states & 2 Canadian provinces.
Owning a sports team:
I have a very minor ownership in the Charlotte Hornets who follow me on Instagram because of that. Ownership of the Mets, Yankees, Rangers, Lakers, Nets, Bucks, Titans, Mariners, Athletics, Knicks, Rockets, Pistons, Timberwolves, Wild, Nuggets and LA Rams who are the current super bowl champions due to hefty amount of ownerships in their owners & the capitalists who fund them.
Venture Capital:
I hire the best technicians, mathematicians & entrepreneurs from Nigeria, Japan, Singapore, Kenya, the UK, Trinidad and Tobago, China, Canada, Australia, Egypt, Eritrea and Haiti to come to America, develop a business plan & have a 15 year old partnership with me as a pay them $250,000 down for them to sell 35% of their ownership to me and most of the time they're in tech or medical science which becomes profitable quick. It can compound by 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256 & ongoing within a quarter of a decade. Also had a tri-partnership between Broadway Ventures, FTX & Square. 25 year contract that could be worth up to $18,000,000,000. I'm getting big into investing and owning startups in Venture Capital. It's the reason I bought a villa in Silicon Valley and an apartment in Fenway Triangle, Boston because I'm watching the economy boom & hedge against inflation in my $17M estate in Brentwood, Tennessee. I'm willing to sell my estate partially to a celebrity for extra prestige and exposure.
Logistics:
My firm has done logistics since 2013 in Seattle, Denver, Los Angeles, Boston, Detroit, Nashville, New York City, Trenton, Carson City & much more. Racking up hundreds of thousands bi-weekly is where it's at.
Private Capital:
You might ask Shabazz, what is Private Capital? Private credit is an asset class comprised of higher yielding, illiquid investment opportunities that covers a range of risk/return profiles. This includes debt that is secured and senior in the capital structure with fixed income like characteristics and distressed debt that has very equity like risk and returns. Returns can be similar to Bitcoin in its peak. Private Capital is very demanding especially since I have hands in a fund worth $87B, if we hit it right millions will flood our account effortlessly. The buyout game of P.C. makes it credit.
Credit cards:
My credit score is 847. My AMEX & Marcus by Goldman Sachs cards are registered under my business which exceeds it's expectations in sales. I put ALL my credit into assets, assets that compound quickly and I overpay the amount fractionally but early before due date. Therefore, my limit raises & my bank knows it's registered as business credit. That credit doesn't take a dollar from me personally, it doesn't even take all my asset dividends even when paying double over the pay amount. Then, I pay a 4% transaction fee and get 15% of it direct-deposited into my checking account and I use it to invest in Fintech companies that give me at least a 10% annual return or my next option, Wine Investing or back to Fintech, I do a 18 month plan. Let's say Amazon shares were $14 and I bought 15,000 shares. Let's say over that 18 months, Amazon goes berserk at is now $1,014 a share. I've made a $1,000 in appreciation per share. So according to math, my account went from an investment of $210,000 to a plus of $15,000,000 and a grand return of $15,210,000. Later use that credit to invest in Below Market Real Estate. Cities that are great for that are your Detroit's, Memphis's, Baltimore's, Tuscaloosa's, Cleveland's, Louisville's, Milwaukee's and Greenville's of the world or even better going into places that are At or Above Market, cities that are good for that are your Nashville's, Austin's, Houston's, Dallas's, Charlotte's, NYC's, Greenwich Village's, Boston's, Hartford's, Minneapolis's, LA's, Inglewood's, Scottsdale's, Tulsa's, Columbus's, Vegas's, Salt Lake City's & etc. Doing this results in Instant Equity of that property and in the red hot cities, it results in a higher ROI. With equity, refinance the real estate to pay the credit or do an equity credit line.
Wine Investment -
Fine Wine isn't just taste but rather a way of making your pockets fat as hell. The old money families like the Rothschild's know this. Wine is currently, wines like DRC can defeat Gold, Crypto or any hedge. Mind you, this is classical investment + this has beaten the S&P 500 index. My bet is on Wine Investing.
Financial consulting -
I teach all forms of financial success and I charge for 100-1000 per hour for courses that go from 4-8 hours & having rooms of 750. At max, that'd be 6 million a week if all 750 pay max & $312M annually. I've been doing consulting for 5 years. At max, that's $1.56B. Paying that isn't nothing if it teaches you how to be a millionaire + do quarterly refunds. I refund all customers 10% of what they purchased per market quarter. I do this 104 times a year (2x a week).
Athletics:
I'm a decorated wrestler, MMA star and international basketball player. Currently, I'm in negotiation of moving to Monaco and getting paid a 25 fight/$975,000 a fight contract.
Podcasting:
The Shabazz Farrakhan Show makes $54 per show, it runs the same hours as a full time job. That's $108,000 a year off of it's raw value, ads generate $97,950 & merch generates $8,000. That's $213,950 annually which isn't big podcast money but damn well. That's more than a third to being a top 1% earner based off a damn podcast!
Transportation:
I own a taxi service that generates $8,000 per day for the last 4 years. I hire all African & Caribbean immigrants to drive to change the narrative. $11,680,000 in 4 years, $11,688,000 with a leap year.
Yes, I have ownership but my ownership group consists of 57 people to help do this. This is why social dominance matters.

Bonds
