Let's be real, being Skinny is one of the most non masculine traits a man can have. Same with being fat. Skinny can look decent on a woman because women are meant to be lightweight and dainty. My advice is to get on 6 month routine eating a diet of starch, vegetables, carbs, fat & red meat. 2 meals a day. 3,200 calories between both. Exercise 2x a day daily and take a day break every 2 weeks. Train your chest with high cable fly, weighted dips, diamond pushups, decline push ups and bench press. Gotta get that bird chest out of here. Having a thick chest with thin skin and no fat is where it's at.
Next, you need to train the core. Jackknife, Russian twist, One hand plank, Deadlifts, Incline pushups, a Cycling machine, HIIT, Curls, Forearm curls, Barbell lifts, Sprinting, Wrestling training, Panther Shoulder Tap and Pallor.
As black men, our legs usually are lacking in the muscular category. Calf raises, weighted leg lifts, treadmill, high resistance performance cycling, interval cycling, elliptical and 150 lb leg pushes.
Now you need to cut the most fat possible, eating lean meat, more vegetables, drinking double your water intake, increase on fiber, get in a Sauna 2x a week, take cold showers, take Ashwaganda, Olive Oil, Black Seed Oil, Calcium, Elderberry, TRT, Apple Cider Vinegar, Magnesium, Copper and Zinc. After that, stay on this forever and keep a trainer for at least a decade & date an athletic woman. If you break the dietary rules, that's just more reps in exercise.

At least 50 reps & 5 sets of each workout
Go to a doctor and get a physical
Take TRT, Quadracarn, Pea Protein & ZMA before exercising
