 His question is "Hello Shabazz, I'm Lester from Carson City, Nevada. I'm 23 years old, I'm 6'2 299 pounds with a body fat of 20% and I've been struggling with my weight since 14. I currently work 17 hours a day, 12 at an Automotive plant ( $37 a hour ), monthly dividends of $3,000, FBA earnings of $1,000 and 5 ($15 a hour ) at a local burger shot during graveyard shift.". 

Man, this is a simple yet tough one. So you're a fruit snack away from 300 pounds. That's a corpulent task to start off with. Second, 1/5 of our entire body is visceral fat and toxins. Third, transfer from any fast food job while you're a 300 pound man. Let's get the basics unpacked. You make $519 a week, $2,076 a month & $24,912 which isn't good enough but enough to be healthy but your assets combine for $48,000 and your total annual worth is $72,912 which more than enough for obese 23 year old man. Dinner (9:45PM): 6oz Lamb chops, black beans & Avocado Toast
Full cup of Pomegranate seeds
8oz of Lemon water
25 pushups 
25 pull-ups
25 dips

Tuesday: Fast until Lunch. Fruit Plate & Big Salad ( no meat ), no Ranch. Vinaigrette allowed.

Wednesday: 
Breakfast (6AM): Raspberry Oatmeal
Vegan Burrito
5oz of Pineapple juice

Lunch (2:30PM): Chickpea Omelette & Turkey Gyro

Dinner (9:45PM): Filet Mignon with Mushrooms with Grapeseed Oil

Thursday:

7.5oz of Ginger Turmeric Juice & 5 oz of Beet Juice

Elderberry Tea, Ginger Ale and 5.5 oz of Lemon Water

10 oz of Cranberry Juice

Sunday: "ONE MEAL A DAY" DAY

Lunch (2:30PM): Navy Beans, Jasmine Rice, Lentil Soup and Couscous.

15k run
50 bicep curls
25 calf stretches
 

Do that for 156 consecutive weeks (3 years) & cut that junk out. If you give in to your temptations, that's 2x more daily exercise. Do it at your risk.
You'll lose around 7 lbs a week before your body adjusts and you keep your metabolism fast but slow enough to hold muscle mass & cut fat. Those workouts will have to intestify, swimming, do weighted workouts for longer time, do MMA training, wrestling and play basketball recreationally to keep your body up to far.
It's not just your weight, get your T Levels high and your fat low. You can weigh a lot & be jacked look at LeBron, Brock Lesnar, The Rock, Bobby Lashley, Deontay Wilder, Brandon Marshall, Cam Newton and Giannis Antetokounmpo.
You need TRT, L Carnitine, AG1, ZMA & Quadracarn.
You need to network as I preach & train with a 
- Boxing coach
- Boxer
- MMA fighter
- NBA player
- NHL player
- NFL player
- A member of any special forces
- Wrestler
- Ballerina
- Kickboxer
- Strength coach
- Street Fighter
- MLB player
- Weightlifter
- Powerlifter
- Bodybuilder
- Gym instructor

If you want to get bulky, be like Ronnie Coleman or a Shane Carwin. Develop an insane physique and develop knockout power like myself or Mike Tyson.

You need to be a warrior man and while doing that, stack your annual bread by +20k per year and become socially dominant. Now you're in the state of being a D.E.I.A.S. man & high quality husband by 26-27 which is a little late but fair enough.
